I've ordered from LTD for years. I have purchased everything from bedding to household items. I've been pleased with everything I have ordered. I would like to see free shipping. Enjoy LTD, it's a great company!
Made a small order from this company, first time ever. I should have read the reviews first. Made the order at the end of last month. Did not hear anything from the company about the item being shipped, so I did a chat with CS. Was told the item will ship that day. Went on to check status and they moved the purchase date to that day, so they think they can get out of shipping the item when they said they would. Seriously. DO NOT spend your money here, I have doubts I will even get my little order at all.
I have ordered several things from LTD Commodities and everything is great except for things that need assembly. Instructions are either bad or not there and holes don't match up.
Quality is fine. I'm just careful now what I order.
Order 2 Christmas trees one day and next day there was a 20 percent off sale. The trees hadn't even left their facility and they wouldn't apply the 20 percent off. Bad customer service in my opinion.
Happy to say that after I completed this review they called me and said they had made arrangements to give me the credit.
They could have done that the first contact with them, not the 4th. Thus the 4 star and not 5.
