LTD Commodities

I bought 2 of these a few years ago and was pleased with them. I had to replace them this year and they're junk. Flimsy and won't stand up...had to lean them against the head stone. I've purchased several other items from this company and9 was satisfied but this item - I do not recommend.

I try to be careful with reviews as someone who is part of our family business. I know it can be brutal out there, especially right now. But I was really not pleased with our order. We loved 2 barstools we ordered last year (even though I had to switch out the tiny screws with larger ones so the top wouldn't pop off.) This year we bought 2 more to go with the set:
1) The legs wobble so my dad will have to fix it if we're keeping them.
2) The wooden seats were stained a different color than our other two and have a matte finish instead of high gloss. The new color and finish wouldn't bother me if the other two matched!
3) There's a pretty big chip in one area and I'm afraid someone will get a sliver but if we take it off there will be a huge chunk missing.
I know, I know, first world problems. But these guys were $90 each. ‍ I wish LTD had a place I could email pictures to so they would be more likely to give us a discount or something. Maybe it's temporarily taken down just during the pandemic.
Grr! I wanted to leave a good review but these flaws are giving us too much of a hassle. $90 x 2, dude. Someone should be overseeing the manufacturing process or something.

I have been buying from Ltd for many years. Now that I moved to Alaska I called and asked to have catalog sent to my new address. I guess they dont know that Alaska is part of the USA. The girl said "Im sorry we only ship to the US. I was in shock. REALLY? I had to give her a history lesson and ended up very disappointed. I guess you lost not 1 but 4 loyal long time customers. When I told my sisters they decided not to order from Ltd anymore.

Placed an order with them this year about 5 days ago to be exact and I paid in full for my order. Today five days later is when they put shipping info up for one of the three items I ordered. The shipping info is only a trading number with no info further than that, however today I also saw a charge to my card for an additional $20. This prompted me to call the company to see what was going on. So I spoke with an agent as well as a supervisor about my issue with them telling me the same thing that the first payment I made was for an authorization hold. Now I am not new to this but since when does an authorization hold cost the same as the price as the complete order? Anywho so the moral of my story is that I will wait for three weeks approximately for one of the three items in my order, instead of them cancelling like I requested them to do, just to have to return it and wait another possible 7-10 business days to get my money back... SMH never again with this company I was thinking doing lakeside collections but found out that lakeside and ltd commodities are the same company... SMH

I used a promo code with free shipping. When I checked my cc statement, I noticed that they overcharged my card $10. When I called customer service, I had to do the math for the csr three times before she figured out my credit. I went to the website and made up a simple order with a current promo code, it didn't take off the correct amount. This company is trying to rip off unsuspecting customers, people who don't think to check and make sure they were charged the correct amount. Be careful!

First time I've ordered from LTD and it arrived today (could have arrived a bit quicker like the things I ordered on the same day from 2 other companies and both orders came quickly), and the shipping box wasn't even taped shut! Top or bottom! Anyone could have reached in and taken any of the things I ordered! Pretty shoddy and it will make me think twice before I order from them again!

I purchased a metal bench for 129.00. Putting it together was a nightmare none of the holes matched up on the pieces. Can not send back don't have shipping material!

My pilllow was still lumpy after 15 minutes in the dryer also ad said s/queen. Ordered queen pillows are standard ordered queen pillow cases they are too big for the pillows you sent me
