Tech support are great. It can be a chore finding the way to contact them and should you get locked out and are unable to access your account I can say that is a complete pain in the behind! But if you are not locked out and are experiencing any issues they are prompt and keep great records so they can easily discover any older issues or situations which could be pertinent to the current issue. They really need to improve their access for clients who have forgotten their sitetools menu access though, that is terrible. Like one of the worst access issues I have run across in over 26 years of working in this field. So take note SiteGround. That part needs work big time!
