“Billing after subscribing yearly”

The company has charged me 4 months after subscribing for their yearly service. They then billed me again for a yearly service. I have reached out over 5 times and they will not respond or pay back the money. I am so disappointed after being a client for several years. Since I have already paid the 1 year, I continue until it expires but won't renew again unless they resolve these 4 extra monthly payments.

They have been charging me months after cancelation. I have emailed several times and received no response. I have to dispute the charges. It's sad because when I needed the service it was a great tool for a new agent. I am really shocked at how awful they have become. BEWARE if you sign up for the service, they may still charge you and ignore you when you try and contact them.

Tip for consumers:
Beware they will keep on billing you after you cancel.

Monthly service to post on my social media and access to pre made marketing materials.

The company has charged me 4 months after subscribing for their yearly service. They then billed me again for a yearly service.
I have reached out over 5 times and they will not respond or pay back the money. I am so disappointed after being a client for several years. Since I have already paid the 1 year, I continue until it expires but won't renew again unless they resolve these 4 extra monthly payments.

Tip for consumers:
Don't subscribe to yearly unless you want to be double billed.

I want a refund for the 4 monthly charges totally $95.00 US on my bank account.

They offered a "promotion" to sign up for leads through their company. I agreed to this promotion believing that they would actually be advertising and sending leads. They went from charging me like $25 a month to $150/mo! It turned out to be a total scam! After at least 6 months of paying this service, I never received a single lead. I reached out to them multiple times about where these leads were with NO response! I'm considering trying my hand in small claims court. No matter where you look online, you'll find terrible reviews! Steer clear of this company!

Never really looked at my Visa statement regarding monthly charges that occur EVERY month, until now. Noticed I was billed $25 9-10-2021 & again 9-29-2021. I went on the LRE Social website to try to reach customer service only to find out that there is NONE.

Do NOT sign up with this company. They only want your money.

Products used:
LRE Social. Have been a member a couple of years now, and never really looked at my Visa Statement until now. I have many recurring monthly charges and I see them when I glance at it. I noticed LRE (Ladies of Real Estate) Social has been double billing my Visa for a long time now. When I went on their website to try to reach customer service I noticed that there is NONE. No way to contact anyone. Realtors.... Do NOT sign up with this company. They are rip offs!

Stay away from them…. Go with AgentCrate or one of the many companies out there. This use to be a good company but now it's the worst. You pay for a service and get no support. They continuously charge your credit card even if you have a paid annual membership. They keep charging my card even tho I have a paid membership. I have emailed support multiple times and no response. I even went as far as contacting the founder Linda Ward or Linda Blackmoor and she doesn't respond. I sent messages on Facebook and they keep deleting my post without acknowledging the problem. I will continue to take this as far as I can go. I hope others do the same. They are extremely unprofessional!

This business is not a business. They don't even deserve one star. It may just be one person stating they'll assist in building a website and scheduling posts. I have received better service when I haven't paid a dime. DO NOT pay any money for this website. Nothing works and neither do the people or person making false promises in promoting this.

Tip for consumers:
NO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SITE. You'll be wasting your money....I didn't even last 3 weeks!! They did nothing ....I tried to communicate and there was ONE response....when nothing they promised worked, I started writing messages. Such a waste of my time in trying to get some of the simple items out of my way. Keep going and find a better marketing outlet/website.

Products used:
Website was supposed to be set up along with daily posts. The website didn't work and the person assigned to post marketing to social media outlets to save time either doesn't exist or sleeps all day.They may even be the owner.

I'm looking into making a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and/or Depart of Justice. If there were the ability to leave no stars it would be zero, This company is overcharging customers without authorization. I'm not sure how I came about signing up, but I signed up for a yearly subscription. I will say that I have not used the product either. After a few months, I noticed an additional re-occuring $25 charge on my credit card. I still have no answer why they, initiated a monthly charge, however, at first, I thought it was a mistake. After not responding, I notified my credit card company and they advised changing the card number. However, the charge appeared again.

I joined this site once to take advantage of the real estate marketing they offered. After a few months of charging me, they stopped providing material and then stopped responding to my emails. After about a year, I made the mistake of thinking maybe there had been a problem with their site, so I joined again. They charged me the monthly fee, and never provided any material and never responded to my emails. It is a scam - beware and stay away.

I asked a question on the LRE Social Group and was blocked - LITERALLY from the group page. I guess they didn't like my question? I tried emailing the company directly and no response. I tried asking the question via the facebook page and nada. It may be only $20 a month but don't waste your time. COMPANY have some great products but OVERALL the company IS HORRIBLE.

Tip for consumers:
They don't believe in responding back to any questions. They treat you like you should be happy you're paying your $20 but they don't owe you anything! RUN

I'm saddened that this company preferred to lose my business as opposed to addressing my one question. I emailed three times within a month with no response. When cancelling your membership your two options are to let them address your concern or cancel immediately. I sincerely had one question that is probably a FAQ so I chose the option to allow them to address my concern. The next day, I received a contract cancellation email. Oh well- showed me how much my business was valued.
