Its very sad that I have to give them even one star. Very incompetent, no compliant process, no rules, just a fraud which affects working class people and put money in pocket of rich. Horrible complaint handling as they know people are not left with any choice... Government should have some check and balances for these kind of companies
I would give them minus 100 if I could. Beware of this company. Charge for work and don't do it and have every excuse under the sun and think it's acceptable to lie to customers faces. Use only if you want ripped off
Very aggressive agents who trick you to get as much money as they could under 'admin fees'. No rules, no boss, no complaint handling process! The owner does not answer any emails...
This company is a joke, however not a funny one!
They purchase the Leases of Leasehold property, many with tiny yearly fees,
(£10-£15 pa). They then stamp all over the consumer with illegal charges and penalty fees which make them so much more money than the lease. This they then escalate from £15 to £385 within days and solicitors letters and charges. Within weeks the bill is thousands and then they threaten you with court. Please read carefully your Lease conditions and make sure the charges are legitimate. I attended court representing myself and the Solicitor they employed was proved so wrong he looked embarrassed and they lost the case. He was told by the Judge to act in a more professional way in future.
If you are having problems with this company please contact me, the more people I can liaise with and discuss mutual problems the more chance we have of making them behave in a more business-like manner. I am not a company just sick of being bullied.
