Great experience! I've always set them up myself and it was a welcomed relief to have it all taken care of. They came early to set up, including plugging in equipment with extension cords that they brought, and hooking up the water hoses for our wet slides. My only feedback is that I wish I would have know, prior to the party and set up, that the double lane slip n slide requires two water hoses. We were able to run to home depot and grab a water hose splitter so all worked out.

I've got my cups, and they look exactly as I was promised. This is the first time a company managed to match my color with no missed hues (and a manager didn't get mad at my demands). The delivery was also timely; the packaging was okay for the price. So, I can easily recommend them.
This must be my favorite crown I have ever gotten! Love love love it! If you have a special event or just wanna feel like a Royal this is the best place to get crowns and other hair accessories!
