Bought uggs on this site for $82. After I was sent an email with a $20 shipping charge added to it. Then my credit card company contacted me for fraudulent activity. This place never sent any boots, but they totally ripped off my credit card # and used it! You can't even contact them anyway other than thru email which not surprisingly was never answered!

Please stay away from this site. I finally recieved the boots 3 days after christmas after having ordered on Dec 7. They are fake. Not near real uggs. They overcharged my card and now I am afraid they will make more fraudulent charges... beware!

I have definitely learned a lesson from this website. They are very deceiving with their hidden charges. I ordered a pair of Uggs boots from them, what a time it has been. Please beware, I would not suggest ever using their site again. I will always order from the U.S.A. and pray they are honest with the website or I may never do on-line shopping again.

I ordered 2 pairs of ugg boots for my girls on 12/20/2010.It is now 12/28 & i have no tracking # nor contact information for the shipping company supposedly sending our order. I go an unprofessional "Hello dear... don't worry... your order is on it's way" on 12/24 & a charge over the amount of the total purchase on my credit card. THIS IS SO WRONG! NOT a good site@ all! BUYER BEWARE!

I read negative reviews on Yahoo. However, after reading and having that sinking in the pit of my stomach feelling that I lost my money, I was so happy the very next day when my boots arrived as promised, 5-7 business days after credit payment cleared. I ordered on Dec 6 and received today 12/16. Soooooo HAPPY. Right size, right color. Perfect.

I order a pair of UGG boots for my niece. The site was selling them for $80 which is much cheaper than the $150 charged in stores. The site said nothing about a shipping charge, but when my credit card was billed, I was charged $40 for shipping. They are located in Shang Hai (which the site does not disclose.) The boots are too small (my sister's error) and it seems if I want to return them for a refund I will be charged $40, so there goes my discount. The emails I'm getting from them are very poorly written but I believe that is simply because English is not their native tongue. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, so we'll see what happens.

The same has happened to me. I am usually so good about checking sites. I have gotten numerous responses saying I should keep the boots or try to sell them elsewhere rather than return them. I have yet to get a return address. They tell me it will cost me more to return them and no guarantee they will get them. I plan to return them and dispute the charges. Yes, the credit card company says it is billed to Deckers. It's really unbelievable as to how many different email addresses are responding to me about keeping the boots and not returning them to them. Buyer beware!

I ordered my boots two weeks ago... Nothing! I have e-mailed them a total of six times, no response. I contacted my bank and found i was charged to a place called "Deckers Outlet", I did call this place which is listed and was told they recieve several phone calls per day about this web site, which is apparantly totally bogus! I am in the process of disputing this charge and have learned a valuable lesson, I will most definiyely check next time for contact information, there is virtually no way to contact these people which should have been a sign! I am very disappointed in myself and this website, what a letdown!

I wish I had read the complaints about this site before I placed an order. They charged an undisclosed $20.00 shipping fee plus an additional $6.26 for something else? I have yet to receive a tracking # after 5 days. I cannot get a response from them so I have contacted my credit card company and will be disputing these additional charges but I still don't know if I will receive the order. The credit card money went to "Deckers Outlet" whoever that is, the invoice they e-mailed says BOOTSSHOP, customer service says *******@yahoo.com, the website is lovebootus.com. Go figure! I cannot believe I fell for this scam.

I ordered boots here on Dec. 10, charged on my credit card Dec. 12 for $3 more than I was suppose to be. Wrote them Dec. 15, received a note on 16th, but no tracking number or boots. This is not a good site. They said the boots would be sent 3-5 days after the order. It is Dec. 19 and still nothing.

This is not my personal experience, but I found the lovebootsus website for a co-worker who wanted to order UGG boots. She used her debit card, and after checking the status of the order, could not find anything about the order or the boots. Her debit card was charged twice and so far, no communication from the company. I'd be very careful with this one.

Avoid this and remember the axiom - if something sounds too good to be true... We ordered - were charged and received no boots or confirmation. This is actually a Beijing Company and I would suggest avoiding them and the temptation of a good deal.

Like everyone else i was charged twice to my credit card and have not been reimbursed. After several emails i was told they would credit me and never did now they won't even respond to my emails. I will report them to the bbb. Do not order from this place or you will be sorry!

I placed an order with them December 9th. It's the 19th and I still have no tracking information, I have emailed them three times in two weeks and just received a half a$$ed response. They charged me $22 dollars in shipping so I assumed I'd have the product in a decent ammount of time. Buyer beware! I have no idea if I'll receive the boots, but I would NOT order from them...

Totally bogus received ugg boots not at all authentic. Can't send back from China. Total crap. I've been scammed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Took weeks to get a tracking number after numerous emails to the company. Took 5 weeks to get the "Ugg" boots after they charged my credit card extra unauthorized amounts and the boots are not real Uggs!
