I've used L'Oreal products for 30-plus years, but something has changed since the pandemic. Mascara tubes are so empty, and the eyeliner is not the same, I used the foundation for years but found Covergirl is equally as good if not better. I've switched to Covergirl for everything. Not sure what happened but you've lost me as a customer.

I am very disappointed with this product. It costed a lot of money and was absolutely not worth getting. It doesn't work at all, the color transformation advertised on the package is nothing like what you actually get. It also dried out my hair significantly and led to breakage and some hair loss.
I do not recommend this product for any hair type at all, I doubt it'll work for anyone!

I bought 2 age perfect I renewal. No change in my skin after using all I could. One bottle stopped pumping at 1/2 empty and the other stopped pumping at 2/3 empty. Product should be in a little jar so that the entire amount can be reached. Picture shows how much is left in each container that cannot be pumped out.

I love the pink L'Oréal 105 in this picture but all the different colours in the picture are also 105. Why the inconsistency? I like to have confidence in a brand that when I go to the store and buy 105, I can trust it is the same. Picture is from the same week searching for the right color of 105.

If you didn't know, L'Oreal use animal testing for their products. So the question is:

Do you want to use product who test on animals?
Do you want, that animals live in a cage, because your product?
Do you want that they torture animals and kill them?

It's your choice, but choose precisely.

I purchased the Ever Strong Thickening Shampoo for $8.99. When I went to use in in the shower nothing came out the top, but the bottom seam was completely opened and the entire bottle had squeezed out onto the shower floor. I sent a picture of the bottle and the opened seam to L'Oreal and requested a replacement. They said my picture didn't show the lot number (not on the tube anywhere) and they would need more pictures and a copy of the receipt. I had not saved the receipt, or I would have returned it to the store. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON L'OREAL ANYMORE.

The telescopic mascara is junk. The brush is so flimsy. It's hard to get back into the tube. The bristles on the brush are so small. You end up poking yourself in the eye. Very very disappointing. Used it twice. Throw it away.

I took your "Frosting protective creme" out of the box and used it as a "protective cream" on my 8 yr old granddaughter! She has 2nd and 3rd degree burns on her face now! Re-label this damn cream! I am a hairdresser of 20+ years and have used protective cream many times. This is NOT protective cream! RE-LABEL this now! It is an "activation" cream or a "developer" cream but it is not a "PROTECTANT CREAM!"

A couple of months ago i switched to Loreal, Elvital Dream length shanpoo with keratin. This was horrible for my hair and i now struggle with severe breakage and damaged hair. If you want healthy hair, DO NOT BUY THIS.

I used L'Oréal excellence creame dark blonde…turned my hair dark brown. Called customer service and they suggested I use a dandruff shampoo on my head for 30 min. Didn't work. Now I have to go to a salon and spend a fortune to try and fix my very long hair. All I can say is beware that the colour can go horribly wrong. Who would have thought a dark blonde could destroy hair to a dark brown colour. I will never use a L'Oréal product again after this horribly negative and costly experience

This mascara is ridiculously easy to break and it is impossible to put back, i suggest if ypu want more sales make your mascara STRONGER!

This product claims to cover grey and last up to 6 weeks. I have used this product in 6r the light auburn. It has only been 3 weeks and my greys are showing and it is totally faded. I am very disappointed

Hair color did not lighten at all. Called customer service and was told basically it was me and worked for everyone else! Sending out coupons but why do they need my phone number? I refused. Will never use brand again.

Why you write a wrong color in the box of hair color feria, I try to get dark violeta and I got read as tomatoe red, and I'm ready open the box and mix everything hoping turn dark Violet's or purple but not is red as tomatoe so I just lose money for try to get trust on your name you should no lies to new customer I'm anger you bet I'm ready to used and now I have to go and look for different name or company thanks a lot for you lies in the box and isn't a mistake the number out side the box and the product inside is the same. I watch testimonials about the Loreal Paris Youth Code serum and felt confident in pruchasing this product. Bought and used it once. A little dap, not even a full fingertip. The next day my face had bumps and reddness all over. My face is worst now than before. I'm soooo scared of when this reaction will heal. I start a new job monday. Loreal youth code serum ruinned my face.

The night cream has way too much fragrance. Its smell too strong and I feel it overbearing. It makes me weak and feel headache. I don’t like the strong smell and won't buy it again
