As of the writing of this review, the only major Ethereum Layer 2s with tokens are Polygon and Loopring. That said, Loopring has a lot of promise. Like StarkNet, Loopring uses zkrollup technology enabling defi projects to reduce cost and increase transaction speed while maintaining Ethereum's security. If 2022 brings defi summer #2, Loopring could be at the heart of it.
