I did exchanged few mails with them regarding their security, hacking protection and grid hosting for which i always received quite detailed and helpful response from them. I will not get into much details about their features as those are listed on their website with full details. As far as service is concerned i have never experienced such fast reply to support questions, even some times the responses are within 2 minutes. My website now works flawlessly, is much faster than compared to older providers and i am pleased to say that i have just completed 6 months with them without any hacking issue which was a regular issue when i was hosting with some of industries big names.
