Bag seems to be "lost in space!"
November 2, 2022

Placed an order on this site 10/12/2022, then began to question its legitimacy when my CC company called to verify my purchase. Ignorantly, I had placed this order without researching its reliability and validity. So immediately after hanging up with my CC company, 10 minutes after placing the order I had buyer's remorse. I contacted them immediately via their provided customer service email link, requesting cancellation of my order. However, I heard nothing, until the next day, "Mona" replied "Well received your order "dater" on "12rd" Oct with thanks, you order have been well processed, and we have shipped it already. You can track parcel from this site: www.17track.net. Each parcel will cost 10-15 days. Hope you be patiently "waiting". What? Poor grammar and clearly a canned form letter format. Oh NO! Had a sinking feeling.

It's now 11/2/2022 and NO product has been delivered. It was last tracked to Woodside, NY on 10/13/2022 waiting USPS pick-up (via they're provided tracking link?), the very next day after I placed my order. I suspect these bags are being shipped out of a basement or tractor trailer someplace in New York. I've filed an investigation with USPS, and they are researching the delayed erroneous shipment. But it's been 72 hours since it was filled, and I have not heard anything. So, please save yourself and the USPS some anguish and skip the factory outlet site, this is clearly an underground counterfeit bag ring.

Smelling a bit like a credit card scam... Mona, I will give you another try -the provided customer contact email on your site. *******@fbagonline.com

****UPDATE! I've have tried to reconnect with Mona, at the last used vailed email address, but now this email address is no longer valid?! I've just hung up with my CC company, to dispute the charge, since I never received my merchandise. They have tracked my purchase to a WIG shop!
*****UPDATE! USPS has just contacted me to inform me that a shipment label was generated; however, the typical weight and dimensions of the item was not included, therefore there was zero postage paid. Apparently, a red flag to USPS, indicating a fraudulent shipper. They have recommended that I contact my CC company and request a new CC. Since, obviously this predator has my CC information! And they have seen these dishonest scammers post recurrent charges. BEWARE!
