Ordered a lolita dress 2 weeks ago, never got any order confirmation or tracking number. Sent them an e-mail, and never got any respond, even if their website says they respond in less than 24 hours. Sent them an angry mail, and now I have to file freud and contact paypal. Do not trust this site!
