The scammers of LogoVent, who included the Supervisor, Lester Jones, Shimron Sammuel, Conrad Curtis, Mark Wilson, and Rocky Williams, had me conned into believing that I was "happy and secure" as a client of LogoVent (which is when I wrote the first review). Approximately two weeks after that, I quickly learned that those with whom I had been dealing had completely shut down on me (which is what scammers do! Trust me, I have had enough encounters with that bunch of freeloading scammers that would qualify me as knowing that to be a plan and simple fact.). I knew that something was not right when it had taken Shimron Sammuel and his crew more than 1 year and 3 months to post my book on Amazon alone, not counting the Barnes and Noble website and the Books-A-Million website, and even then it was only in the Kindle Section and not the remainder of Amazon, as I had requested over and over again, to no avail. The so-called "Supervisor," Lester Jones, had assured me that he would send me approximately $1885. 00, when, in fact, that money never showed up in my checking account (as a very small part of a reimbursement, since I had run out of money). Scammers and liars go hand in hand, and Lester Jones is just as much of a scammer as all the rest of the employees of LogoVent. Scammers will even go so far as to talk religion with you in order to gain your confidence, resulting in them being nothing but shameless crooks and hypocrites. I "supposedly" was behind the firing and firing/deportation of two of that company's scammers, Conrad Curtis and Mark Wilson respectively. The more I thought about that, the more I asked myself, "Why would those two scammers be fired and fired/deported back to Pakistan when, in fact, they are the very same kind as Lester Jones, Shimron Sammuel, and Rocky Williams?" The only answer that I could come up with was that Lester Jones thought that was because he would be getting even more money out of me, after LogoVent/Lester Jones scammed me out of over $30,000.00; thankfully, they never received another red cent from me. Shimron Sammuel and his crew never completed any of the projects that I had requested and paid for. Furthermore, this joke of a so-called "company" is not even approved by the Better Business Bureau, which should have told me a lot before I regretfully made the decision to hire them. Shimron Sammuel pretends to be such a wonderful individual, when he is nothing more than the rest of the employees who pack LogoVent; namely, a scammer of the slickest kind, so soft-spoken, talking about his parents, the Old Country of his origin, Turkey, etc., etc. At the same time, he is the very one who saw to it that my projects never were fully completed. Of course, Lester Jones and Shimron Sammuel are "joined at the hip," since Shimron carries out most of Lester Jones' dirty work for him. If those of you, who are considering hiring LogoVent to do anything that you want done, I have just told you the absolute truth. I am not a perfect person, but if there is something that I will never do is lie to any of you or anyone else. The previous review that I wrote and tried to delete (and couldn't because LogoVent has it set up so that if you write what you think is a truthful review, and then you find out that it wasn't exactly how it sounded, resulting in your wanting to delete it to write a review exactly like this one after you have learned the complete truth as it is, you will be unable to do so. That, in and of itself, is as crooked as it gets. I am writing this review based upon what I know to be factual, because I never want to see any of you go through the hell and torment that I have had to undergo. I would put my stamp on this very review, since this is the one to pay your full and complete attention to; believe it and know it as I have expressed in this revised review. First, look for a competitor company that is approved by the Better Business Bureau before you take another step forward. If that company is not affiliated with the BBB, then continue to look elsewhere. Scammers don't care about any of their clients. All they want is the money from out of your pocket, and that is all. They will do their very best to make you "think" that they care about you, but the fact remains that none of them do, a cold, hard reality, based on all of the "baby-sitting" that I have had to do to try and push scammers such as Shimron Sammuel to get it done, and now, given the length of time that I have had to deal with him. These "people" are nothing but a bunch of sociopaths (no conscience or remorse). They have sold their souls for the sake of scamming me and thousands of others out of their last dollar while I received nothing for the thousands of dollars that I wasted/spent on them. They have not only scammed me out of those thousands of dollars, they also have wasted so much of my valuable time. What is even more cruel of them is the fact that the book that I had written/edited related to my dear father, who received death threats from the KKK in Alabama in the 60's, making this project a very personal one for me. Do you think for one single minute that they cared about that, or had any respect for that? I can tell you right here and now, I may as well have written a book about the weather, since not a one of these scammers could have cared less. Not a single one of those thugs deserve even the one star that I had to give them in order to write this review. They are all a bunch of worthless thugs, so much so that they were not deserving of not only my time and hard-earned money, but they are not deserving of yours either. I hope this review helps you in your decision-making. (I wish to add that LogoVent is so corrupt, the authorities should definitely shut it down once and for all.) Last, but not least, there was one employee, Connor Styles, who was such a good and decent person. I knew him well enough to know that he saw how corrupt LogoVent is, prompting him to resign altogether, become enrolled in college, and obtain a part-time job, since he wanted no part of what he witnessed going on there.

BEWARE! LogoVent is a SCAM! Below is the letter I wrote my bank in my fraud claim (I just received a full refund from the bank).

***NOTE: I noticed in previous reviews of the business I found here and on Google, that Logovent responds to negative reviews by posting links saying that it is to the website they created for the customer that was complaining. I am convinced that those are random websites they're linking. Therefore, if they try to provide you with a website, I have never seen one. I have not even worked with them on the website because we never got the logo completed. It was supposed to be an e-commerce site for my custom apparel and accessories business...

I entered into a contract with Logovent by paying them $600 on 4/30/2021 for a custom logo design, social media marketing and development of my e-commerce sight. I was guaranteed satisfaction or a money back guarantee.

On 5/4/21 I received 8 different logo concepts from Daniel, my Sr. Business consultant, none of which was what I had asked for in my brief or when I talked to him on the phone during our first conversation. I replied back that day and gave him a different concept direction that I thought would be easier to come up with an idea for.

In May 5/7/21, I received 3 new design concepts from Daniel. I was just as bad as the first set of designs. I emailed him that day and I expressed my disappointment in the designs, as they looked very stock and remedial. Designs I could've created myself. It was at this time I told him that I felt as though I was getting scammed. I did not hear back from Daniel for days and had to reach out to him on 5/11/21 to follow up.

On 5/12/21 I received more subpart logo designs. I responded back that same day to tell him I didn't like any of those concepts either. The logos looked like basic clip art and the word ‘customs' was even spelled incorrectly. I provided one example from the concepts provided and told him exactly what I wanted changed to it. On 5/17/21, I got another email with what looked like the exact same logo designs as before, nothing different. I emailed him again on 5/18 to express my disappointment.

On 5/19 I received one new concept idea. I responded back on 5/21 that I didn't like the font and to make other changes. That was the last email I ever received from Logovent.

On 6/2/21, Daniel texted me saying he had been trying to reach out to me. When I asked when, he forwarded me a screenshot of his text logs to me. The last message he sent to me on 5/20/21. I then forwarded him the email I had sent him on 5/21/21. It was at that time I had requested my money back for services not rendered and not made to my satisfaction. We hadn't even started on the website yet.

I never heard anything again from LogoVent after that.
