Logo was ok, took alot of communication to get anything completed. So you will not complete any project in time to get money back if you are not happy. Website are no good and they will hit you up for extra money to release the site for you telling you it is a Microsoft charge. They will not give you the site unless you pay more money. I was out $700+. Refused to pay more. DO NOT USE THEM!

Logo design for our company was far beyond what we envisioned. Everything was perfect from layout to color scheme. When we asked for a couple of amendments, they instantly responded and handed over the revised design.

I wanted a working website and this company delivered nothing but garbage, links didn't work, pages were half done. My logo looked like a 2 year old did it. In fact a 2 year old could do better. Their website says logo in 48 hours, 2 weeks later they were still working on it. Then the guy i dealt with suddenly doesn't work there. Thats part of their scam, to keep you hanging, but they always need more money. This is a P. O. S company and I would not recomend them to anyone!

Gave them what I was looking for in a logo (color, images, etc) and it took over a week to get the first batch and they looked nothing like what I was going for. Second time they tried it was like they were working on someone else's logo.

I asked for my money back because the process took so long plus the horrible logos and they refused to send it back. They say they offer a money back guarantee but it's a total lie.

Got a great logo from another company in less that four days.

I felt really good about the decision of selecting them for logo design services as it was a good one. Outstanding efficiency, creative service and at realistic cost.

The website design, ease of use, and specialized skill of LogoMoo allowed us to accomplish our objectives of style and convenience. We would happily recommend them to others. (Indeed, perhaps not to our rivals.)

In 2017 we hired logomoo to create our logo and after a few iterations we were satisfied with our logo and requested the final copy. Logomoo had several internal org changes and no one would return our calls. After many attempts to get our final files today we were told that it was "illegal" to have a logo without a copyright and it would cost us another $200 to have logomoo copyright this for us. I am able to file for the copyright myself (and while it is a good idea it certainly isn't illegal). Now logomoo refuses to release our final files that we had already agreed to without paying another $200.

I had paid $49 dollars for logos. The logos were generic. However, when I asked them to send me the logo files, they refused and said they could not unless I pay $50 more dollars for "copyright privileges". They will also harrass you with phone calls. They called me 10 times a day trying to extort more money out of me or I would not get the logos. I did not pay. I had to block 5 different phone numbers.

THEY ARE A SCAM. STAY AWAY.

It was a good experience working with LogoMoo for availing their logo design services. In the first meeting they discussed all our requirements to have a better idea of our demands. The logo they designed for us was just in accordance without needs with a little touch of their own creativity. I would definitely refer others to avail their services.

My experience with logomoo has been horrible. They have a fraudulent scheme that makes you pay for the logo package and after you agree on the final logo they make you pay extra fees "to transfer copyrights", after having several disputes about the design, fees and deadlines I decided to end the engagement and receive a refund as promised. However, they would not let me do that and their sales people keeps on trying to sell me more services. I do not recommend this fraudulent website to anyone.

I had the same experience, I would get calls at home to upsale to a way more expensive pkg, I tried to tell them I was on a fixed income, didn't matter, then I paid them for my copyright back in December and haven't received them yet. Then I get an email from logomoo stating that there are former employees no longer working for the company and if they tried to make contact, ignore them,. Then I get another email stating that they were doing in house copyrights and listed these prices. Now since I paid once, what does mean, and today my fellow consumers, I get an email from one of the ppl from logomoo, yes one of the ones they said to ignore sent me an email from design proficient.com, and just by reading other reviews it is believed that all these logo companies are some how connected as the same person bought a bunch of domain names, so they can keep this little scam up for a while. SMH

Ask to get a website built over six months still not done and will not refund money. They are Liars.

Stay away from this company. I had paid $1001 USD for opencart marketplace website. From start of my project i have told my marketplace website requirements and after paying money they updated me that this feature was not included in your package and refused for refund. They will
Harass and will stop picking your calls if ask for refund. They operates under logomoo.co.uk and logomoo.com. Stay away and dont trust this company. In online chat window always you will find Jay and mark. Guys save your money and stay away from this company.

I have been waiting on completion of my website since September and still nothing, I have spoke with, Jim, Jason, Lisa, Cynthia and someone named Mr. Black, I have asked for a refund multiple times and have gotten the run around. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with Jason hung up on me 3x and spoke to me very disrespectful. I paid these people $800.00us up front and now I have to pay fo attorney to get my money back. FAKE STAY AWAY!

It is always tedious work to get these things done, but their employees were so nice and knowledgeable. Their customer service is amazing! I would definitely do business with them and would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks for all of the help!

Designers in their team are so creative! I had a vague concept of what I wanted to do and not only did they manage to bring it to life but added a few elements that made the overall design even better than I had imagined!

What a wonderful experience I have had working with them from project inquiry till the delivery itself, the whole process was smooth and without any delays or hiccups in between. Looking forward to working with them again.

Stay away, this is a fake site, they never delivered. When I ask the money back I was told to call my bank. They operate with many different names. You will talk to Jay, Jason Mark... always the same people, this is a scam

They are fake and took money in advance. Paid £750 pound for a website and till now they have not delivered anything. Everyday following up for refund and not giving any refund. Always there are two people to speak Mark and Jay. They operates with different website names. Stay away

Best company for Logo Designing they did my work professionally. I highly recommend to everyone to avail their services.

Got offered a package and constant emails about the package. Got told to purchase it then id be given support. Once i paid i received no help and ended up with the logo i didnt want. I got told with total rudeness and attitude i would need to purchase a new one in order to change it. GREAT HELP GUYS... NOT!
