Im a branding consultant and I have my customers logos created by many designer community websites. What I loved about logo123.com is that there were no additional fees. I paid 129$ and got the design my client was very happy with. And the designers are really talented.
I didn't have great expectations, I was curious to know how this service worked. The platform works very well, it's straight forward. But in terms of works received, it's so disappointing! Designers mostly used icons found on Google (so maybe they even have no right to use them neither), pain them in some colors and that's it. Seriously I could have done better with more time and some online tutorials on using photoshop. You usually get what you pay for... I didn't get a logo I can use for professional purpose... so cheap! Make yourself a favor, pay a real designer!

I use the term "design" loosely. The "designers" pull shapes from google and add your company name! Horrible! Of course Logo123 doesn't refund your up front fees!
Some of those so call designers don't understand English, those concept logos we received was ridiculous, I can do a lot better than them us the software Paint. Complete waste of time and money.
