The product malfunctioned after six months of typical use. Following multiple attempts to provide the serial number to customer chat, I was inexplicably directed to Ireland, despite the advertised 24/7 service being unavailable. The following day, a representative promised an email, but after 24 hours, Jayanth DS forwarded irrelevant inquiries, demonstrating a failure to review the initial complaint. Two days later, after providing photographs and answering irrelevant questions, I was transferred to another department, requiring the entire process to be repeated. Attached were photographs, along with the ticket number and purchase receipt, confirming the product was bought through the company website using my account. This experience is unacceptable. Given the €1800 investment, this will undoubtedly be my last Logitech purchase.
Customer service is pathetic.
