Localtill.com is just about one of the dodgiest ways to send money online. You wire them cash (they only take cash?!) and then they send it to whomever. Sound like a scam? You betcha. But if you want to buy bitcoins and other "non-traditional" things, localtill is one of the few ways to do it.
