I purchased it assuming it would solve my water problem. But the purifier itself became a problem for me because of very high maintenance. With my previous purifier, at least get some purified water to drink. But my livpure Ginger stops working abruptly leaving me no water to drink. In last 4 months, it needed 5 customer care services with change of filter candle once within 1st month of installation. I am totally frustrated with this product, don't recommend at all. Deserves a minus star!

Dear All,
Never buy Livpure Product or service. I am one of the Victim. I took AMC on 7th December 2014 paying rupee (3600/- three thousands sixty), but I received worst service quality. Livpure's men damaged my cover, main body, pre filter. They stopped giving service even the AMC period of more than 2 months was due. I faced lot of problems. Spoke to Gurgaon HO, Pune BSI, BSM Mr. Lalit, Vivek Pise. They all are fraud and mislead and gave false assurance that they would look into the matter but actually did nothing.
At the end I have got damaged RO just because of LIVPURE. Therefore, I request you all not to do same mistake as I did by buying Livpure service.
