Customer service never has a resolution. I've emailed, and reached out via social media. Their respond is just copied and pasted
Colors are amazing. Lippies are soft not sticky... love the different subscriptions... lippies, pallets and brushes... also if there is a color you do not like you can swap them out for one that you like. Customer service promptly gets back to you with any questions or concerns. And you can cancel anytime.
I love LiveGlam! I am a KissMe member and look forward to getting my new lippies every month! The only thing I would like to see more of is different colors and better rewards. The reward point system is a bit too high taking in to consideration the money spent each month.

Love the formula and how it goes on soft on the lips. They offer great colors and keep you wanting more. Only downfall is the shipping takes 15 full days to receive my package other than this i enjoy my subscription

Love the variety of lippies you get each month and being able to switch them out if you want to. I like that they are long lasting, i can wear it all day and only retouch once.

Loveglam, I love the variety of color they have every month. And also your first month they give you 4 lippies. You also have a choice of skipping a month or trading your lippies, which I think is great. I always have good customer service when I have question, they are great.

Live glam is the way to go if you are looking for good quality make up. The make up from live glam is so rich in color. The eyeshadow is very pigmented and smooth. A little goes a long way. I love liveglam! Because of them I don't need to buy any lipsticks or brushes anymore, I just wish they would give us more eye blending brushes instead of face brushes

So far I've done 5 sets I love them all colors are pretty and I like the names they choose for mi uka is great and I'm pretty excited for the lip scrub included in september :)

Really great staff who responds right away. Offers are super awesome and affordable. They missed one shipment but the staff apologized and got back to me right away. Still waiting on that order... Overall though I am very satisfied. I dont understand why this review has to be one hundred characters long for it to post. This needs to change.

Great customers service, i love the morpheme brushes had a dislike with the one brow brush was too stiff and hard but they did reply to my response in a timely manner and allowed me to pick another brush
