I had an unusual request, and Karen, one of their customer support representatives, went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly helpful and sweet, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. Karen even made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I am truly grateful for her exceptional service and hope she receives the recognition she deserves, perhaps even a well-deserved raise!
This company stole 40 euro of my money after advertising a one off 1.95 fee to format my CV. Do not use this company under any circumstances.
