It seems as if these individuals like to reach out through Forex forums online and rope people in with the veiled promise of managing capital online, and if you're dumb enough (like I was) to fall into their trap, that's when they will start charging you. They start with a course fee of $630, and then they move on to ask you to pay for a mentoring program which costs $1400 a month. Of course, the $1400 is a monthly fee which a trader can expect to pay for several months prior to having even a chance of managing money. Stay away... far, far away.
