I had a food video made for my business and I waited over 6 weeks for it. Then it was filled with mistakes, badly manicured hands with food stains and horrible chopping of vegetables. Then the garnish of black pepper and paprika was just thrown on top of the food in one spot and left there. When I complained they refused to fix it and refunded my money without me asking for my money back. They will not answer me back either. I don't have time to reshoot another video and they left me in the dust. They ignored most of my emails throughout the six weeks as well. The video was supposed to take about 2-3 weeks. Don't use this company. Their prices are good, but you get what you pay for.
