We were calling around looking for a vanity for our remodel because so much is out of stock and shipment delayed. ListVanities answered immediately, sat on phone for close to 40 min to help us with in stock options, and gave us live inventory updates. We received our vanity in less than 2 weeks from time order was placed and it's better looking in person. Great service and follow through, definitely use them on the next bathroom

Called in looking to buy Item # 10015764. This was my first time visiting the site. The male customer service agent was extremely rude asking proof of my hotel ownership in order to be able to order large quantity. I have never seen a business model where the customer sales agent work so hard for their company to fail. The same item is in Lowes.com Item #5222280 and it is cheaper than what ListVanities offered. ListVanities is a business I've never heard of until it came up on a google search today. Ill take my business to Lowes. Update: The website provides the option to purchase 50 units of the specified item. My purpose in calling was solely to seek clarification regarding a feature of the item before proceeding with the order. Nowhere on their website is there a disclaimer specifying any limitations on the number of items one can purchase. Regrettably, instead of receiving the desired clarification, I encountered an exceptionally impolite demeanor during the conversation. I possess the receipt of my purchase from Lowe's; however, I am unable to upload images in this communication. Furthermore, it is important to note that individuals engaged in fraudulent activities typically do not invest their time in leaving negative reviews about a website's poor customer service. I am relieved that I avoided a potentially negative experience.

We were looking for 2 vanities and did not like anything previous.
Everything was also a long lead time.
Until listvanities… they had the exact vanity and did a beautiful white quartz single hole top.
And it came within days.
Would recommend these guys to everyone!"

Buyer beware,
My wife and I bought vanities from here. They were lost in shipping. When we said we can no longer wait for them to try and find them they still charged us over 300.00 for each vanity for shipping. We are disputing this with the credit card company. I also wrote to the BBB that was a waste of time because they refused to answer the BBB letters.

My vanity is beautiful and arrived in a timely manner. Even the delivery guy was great! And even tho this was an online purchase, I really felt like a valued customer. When my first choice was out of stock, I actually got a PHONE CALL to discuss other options! Really a terrific experience all around! Highly recommend listvanities.com!

Before placing our order we spoke with ListVanity to confirm the delivery time. We were quoted 5 weeks. We called to get a status and was told it would be another 2 more weeks. Checked on the order again and was told another 3 weeks. 3 months later we are still waiting and when we called to check again the gentleman yelled at me for 2 minutes about how we just have to wait. I asked him repeatedly to stop yelling at me and then he hung up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE You can wait just as long for your product but get treated professionally.

Do NOT use this company. Do your research and you'll find a multitude of reviews showing how this company is run unethically.

We ordered a vanity and, as it turns out, the specs of the listing didn't match the listing title. They sent us a hodgepodge, sometimes adhering to the title and other times adhering to the specs. When I asked them to send us the correct items, the owner of ListVanities.com said the correct vanity top was discontinued. Consequently, I asked for him to return the vanity on the company's dime since they couldn't fulfill our order. The owner said we got exactly what we ordered (even though I showed him the inconsistency of the specs versus title and how the order was a mix of both), and he was only willing to return the vanity if we paid for shipping and a 25% restocking fee. We are now in the process of disputing the false advertising with our credit card.

When I got on the phone with the owner of ListVanities, he was aggressive and yelled at me over the phone (I now see this is a consistent story from other reviews). Interestingly, ListVanities has since updated the title and the specs of the vanity to detail what you are actually ordering; I guess the owner realized the title and specs were wrong after all. Fortunately, I took pictures and detailed the listings before he was able to change them, so he is caught red handed (pictured below).

Unless you want to receive the wrong items after false advertisements, be yelled at and cussed at by the owner of the company, and still be on the hook for the cost of it all, you do not want to work with this company.

I asked them to cancel my order a few hours after I placed it. I got a call from them (*, per caller ID) and he basically told me that I was not acting like an adult because I messaged him on FB Messenger instead of directly from the website, and he also told me that he thinks I am lying about the reason for cancellation. First, I DO NOT need to give him a reason to cancel. That is my right as a consumer. And he does not know my situation enough to openly call me a liar. And second, in this day of Social Media, a lot of companies, small or big, use it to communicate. Maybe get with the times and technology?
I know I dodged a bullet here by canceling my order. Future buyers, beware. You might get lucky and not need it, but should you need service post purchase, be ready to deal with the most condescending and rude people ever! I have YET to deal with any customer service that was this rude. And the worst part is when I called him out on his tone and use of words, he basically laughed it off and said ‘you get my point'. Wow. Dude needs to calm down and stay off whatever he is taking! Or take more of whatever he needs to take!

I have never dealt with a company that provided such fantastic customer service. Not only was the product high end but the caliber of communication during the order and delivery process was incredible. Highly recommend!

Their customer service representative was absolutely the rudest person. He was hostile, argumentative, and confrontational. I ended up canceling my order. I would rather spend hundreds more elsewhere than be treated like that.

Edit, here is the email I received in response:

Do you see how quickly we called you to update you? Do you see how transparent we were about the system, the landscape, and how things work for delivery? We are a small company, who is diligent, honest, transparent, and here to help customers. What we can not do, is read peoples minds and make miracles happen. This customer was lying to us about all the documentation they received regarding order updates, status updates, and delivery scheduling. This review is 100% false and this is NOT how things transpired. This is not HOME DEPOT here, and we do not have 100 customer service reps to absorb the kicking and screaming because of slight delays in delivery or because something is NOT IN STOCK! If this particular customer called or emailed like a normal human being, we would of been able to help them immediately. Instead, they were lying stating they didnt receive our email show the carrier info and tracking number. Well, what do we need to do? We need to confirm the email on file is correct, right? As we were doing so, this customer referenced the carrier name and site info?! How could you know that if you didnt have the email we sent with the specific info. Customer proceeds to hang up on us. None the less, in 10 min we sent this customer in transit updates, snapshot from carriers site showing status, and active. That Monday rolls around, customer calls again, stating the delivery is today and they haven't received it yet and its noon time PST. Window times for delivery is typically 6-8 hrs and it was noon! How can we help this customer Courtney. The answer is, no one can.

What about the 50 other stellar 5 star reviews on this site? Does that weight in on your decision or are you cherry picking a narrative because we trying to be helpful and honest with you and you didnt like our tone? We have been in business here for over 13 years. We do hundreds of orders a month for these vanities with designer, contractors, builders, and the general public. 95% of them do NOT leave reviews. What about them. Do they factor in to our service and experience as a company?

The model you order is NOT in stock unfortunately and you were notified IMMEDIATELY. The suggestion we offered is an easy and financial sound one to help you. If you rather pay twice the amount, your words, vs striping the paint and staining for a few extra hundreds many less, then that is your right to do so. We also offered you additional discounting on the order to compensate for the inconvenience and extra work. We dont know what else we can do to HELP YOU.

We are a design house that specializes in bath remodels for clients all over the US. We place on average. 15 orders a year with Listvanities.com for the past 6 years giver or take. WE use them primarily for one reason, amazing customer service. Every time we need to call, check inventory, or have a delivery issue someone is there to answer the phone, check status, offer solutions, or turn around a damage replacement quickly. They care about our clients, the timing of our projects, and understand the juggling act involved with delays. Great source for bath vanities, great selection, competitive pricing, and always great service.

The vanity is just what I needed and wanted. It was perfectly packaged with no damage. Also, it was on back order and came around 3 weeks earlier than previously stated.

We called Listvanities.com to inquire about a model we liked on their site to see if it was in stock. It was out of stock at the moment and CS rep directed us to similar model that was a bit more expensive but ensured us it was of better quality and construction, had a shorter transit time, and was in stock. Wow, were they right! It was better in person than the photos online. This vanity on Restoration Hardware's site would have easily gone for 2-3 times the amount and we don't think it would have been as good of quality. Feesl like we got a steal. Excellent CS, Prices, and quality. We will use Listvanities.com again for our next bathroom for sure.

Listvanities — Extremely Rude Customer Service

I ordered a vanity from List Vanities on March 11,2021. I received an email comfirmation of the order for the $1538 vanity and countertop. My wife and I chose the vanity from a variety of vanities advertised by List Vanities. I called a couple of times to learn what was happening with the order, because I wasn't getting any information from List Vanities. After waiting for more than two weeks, I called and spoke with Ray. Ray was very cordial and apologized for the delay, stating that there were containers of vanities on a ship in California, which weren't being unloaded, and that he had no idea as to when the vanity I ordered would be shipped. I had a contractor scheduled to do a bathroom renovation, and I needed to have the vanity for him to install. I explained that to Ray, but there was nothing he could do to expedite the shipment. So, after three weeks and a day after ordering the vanity, I called Ray on April 3 to cancel the order. Ray sent me images of three vanities he had in stock, with similar styling. However, they were of a dark wood, which I wasn't interested in. When I told Ray that I wasn't interested, and only wanted the vanity I ordered, he became extremely rude, claiming that I was "splitting hairs" over the differences between the vanities he offered, and the one I ordered. When I told him to cancel the order, he became downright nasty, and told me that a 3% charge would be deducted from my refund, which amounted to $46.
So, I waited three weeks and a day for delivery, with Ray not knowing when the container on the West coast would be released, and then was treated very rudely because I canceled the order, and charged $46 because List Vanities couldn't deliver timely.
Will I ever attempt to do business with List Vanities again, after being penalized for attempting to do so the first time? Rather doubtful. Given the circumstances, I shouldn't have been charged $46 for List Vanities' failure to deliver. I'll file a complaint with the BBB, and write to the Pensylvania Attorney General regarding the legality of the charge.
If you choose to do business with List Vanities, make sure you understand what your options are regarding reasonable wait time, and the consequences of canceling your order should that wait time be exceeded. There's no legitimate reason for anyone to be charged an order cancellation fee if a vendor can't deliver timely.

P.S. I sent a copy of this review directly to List Vanities to let them know that I posted the review. Their response to my review is as follows:

Hi Todd,

Whoa buddy, lot of effort over 40 dollars. Thats our policy and it has nothing to due with being rude. You excepted the wait, we checked multiple warehouses sourcing you a similar product that was available, you replied you will wait. You turned around, sourced something locally, notified us about it, we refunded you the full amount of your transaction, minus the 3% transaction fee according to our policy that day. Accept it and deal with it like an adult, not a little child. What we can assure you of, is that your measaly review, means nothing, will do nothing to our business, and will be drowned out, by all the customers, that appreciate the work we do for them. Now, do not ever contact us again and get lost.

Since first posting this review, I've received many emails containing nasty language and insults, all because I cancelled an overdue order, and because I didn't want the vanities offered as substitutes for the vanity I ordered.
First, They wanted me to take down the review in exchange for the $46 cancellation fee, which I didn't agree to. Then, I was threatened with a small-claims suit for $2000, 00, for which there's no basis. So, my experience with List Vanities/Bathrooms Direct has not been a pleasant one.

We starting to advise our clients to stop ordering products for our projects at the onset of Covid due to the mis-understanding and refusal to accept the supply chain issues it is causing. In turn, we have been able to complete our projects on time and been able to take on more business because of it. This is our 10th order for a bath vanity with Listvanities.com since Covid started and every single time they have delivered. They are hyper responsive with customer support, offering suggestions if we happen to miss out on the last remaining, sometimes offering better options to our clients. Every order has been delivered in a timely fashion, and luckily intact. Products, offering, and pricing are the best online. Highly recommend for all contractors and do-it-yourselfers. Recommend you call first for live inventory checks they offer. We told them on the 10th order we write them up, kuddos Listvanities.com, thanks for the help this year!
