I bought my 2nd auction and like it very much. This time I went to location and picked up the stuff, and the people working in loading dock area were very nice. I am happy to say that I will buy from Liquidation.com again. This auction consisted of Lowe's returned items. Most items are in good condition and the few that products that are broken can be expected when buying store returns. Now to reflect on last yr's auction - I think it is important for people to know that I strongly believe that my first auction (huge, 8 pallets), still deserves the 1star rating that I gave it because so much of it was missing. In comparison, this current auction was just 2 pallets and I received everything, which is why it gets a 4star rating. I like the surprise that comes from buying miscellaneous store returns and shelf-pulls, so I will most likely buy more from this site going forward knowing that it is fun but not necessarily an honest site.

I won an auction on 2024-02-12 for 10K$. They state as: TRUCKLOAD Appliances - iRobot Roomba, Miele, Shark, Neato, Ecovacs, Dyson - MSRP $114,474. Condition:Returns All packages we received are salvaged, none of them working, they don't look like return items, most likely picked up from the garbage recycle center.

I have picked up over 150K in merchandise over the last 2 months and I continue to be overwhelmed by the amazing customer service, quality of products, and ease of use. People need to understand this isn't a guarantee that every item will be in perfect condition. If you don't have the money to assume at 10-15% loss due to damage then you might want to reassess your business model. Thank you to everyone that helps make this company possible.

Picked up 30 pallets from this company. The whole process from bidding to payment to pick up was easy. Customer service was great as well as communication with quick responses upon arrival. Very quick loading and extremely helpful staff operating the forklifts. Will definitely be using them for further purchases.

I've picked up from the Plainfield, IN location for a couple years now. This warehouse team works hard and are very friendly every single time. Wait times over the last 6 months have been outstanding 10-15min from arrival (I've pulled up and my pallet arrived within 5min of waiting a couple times). They make the pickup process simple and painless which is what I need, time is money in this business.

Absolutely no complaints! From my several visits daily to their webpage to win my auctions, my occasional phone calls to organize my pick up times to bulk load to save trips (yes they always try their best to reschedule things to make it easier on you not them) and on to couple visits a week to pick up my won merchandise. Pallet truck drivers upon pick up always kind and easy to work with offering fast as they can service and will include of course I get damaged products or items not as they seem but it comes with the territory of these auctions and I'm not complaining and neither should you be, there is good money to be made with every bid I win hands down. So to liquidation.com thank you for the opportunity to be a customer of your services.

Tip for consumers:
A tip ha!!! If for investment choice only a fool wouldn’t invest in this guaranteed profit earning on every pallet.

I've been a customer of liquidation for more than 10 years, and today I received the best customer service I've ever experienced. There is a new crew in town and they know how to take care of their customers! Kuddos to whoever made this happen! As soon as I pulled in today I was greeted by Bo who proceeded to introduce himself immediately, asked my name, looked to see if they were starting to pull my pallets and expressed if I needed anything at all to let him know. During my short visit all of the forklift drivers introduced themselves and made sure to let me know they were there to help with whatever I needed. Keith, Duke, Bo and Jacob were amazing... best drivers I've come across over the past decade hands down! Everything came out super quick today and they were all so friendly and helpful. Also had the pleasure of meeting David who was working very hard at keeping the parking lot clean of nails and other things that can puncture tires. The loading lot was cleaner than I have ever seen it today, almost spotless. I watched the entire crew picking up trash, pallets and other things the whole time I was there. Then there is the lady who it seems is behind this amazing new team... Laura. It isn't often that you get to meet the person in charge, but I did and she is awesome! Very friendly, professional, gets the job done, clearly has pride in what she does and knows how to treat both the customers, and the crew working under her. This fabulous group knows how to treat people period!

I currently do business with 2 facilities at Liquidation and both have excellent customer service. They have gone out of their way many times to help get my loads in a timely manner. All staff I've talked to are super polite and friendly. We will continue to get great products from here!

Liquidity in Plainfield has implemented a new process to limit the wait time for the customers. Instead of hours of waiting customers are receiving their first pallet withing 15-20 minutes of arrival. They are also documenting any missing/damaged items real time and doing disputes on site.

My uhaul's battery died and I was stuck with AAA stating a 3 hr waiting time before getting a truck to assist me. Zack, Larry, and Andre collaborated to get me up and running. Once again the team at liquidation has saved the day.

One of the best auctions I have seen, actually they best, no games. The Plainfield ware house is on point. Manager is very professional and helpful. The entire team are always helpful and hardworking.

I have been buying lots from Liquidation.com for about 2 months. Make sure you read the manifest carefully, check prices on amazon/ebay, expect that some toys will come in broken boxes but they will be perfectly fine, plan that 3-5 items in your lot will be completely broken (usually glass or a foot off a toy), and you will have a few will need minor repair.
I am able to go to one of the pickup locations and get my lots directly from the warehouse. If you can do this, I suggest it. You are then able to look through all of your items - yes, it takes time - and they will reimburse you for the items that are broken/damaged. You must do this before you leave.
I am amazed at how much money I can make reselling these items. Even with the damaged items, I can often pay for my entire lot by selling 2-5 items; after that, everything else is profit! Sometimes you can get a great deal!
Our warehouse staff is great. They are very friendly and helpful. I've never gotten a rude rep on the phone, either.
If you want to try this, get one lt to start off with. I find that household goods are great sellers at yard sales and on ebay.

Omega company is the only company that replaced their damaged juicer and covered shipping expenses. They stand behind their product like no other company with or without a receipt. Selling $#*!ing junk. Customer returned lots are salvage conditions. And salvage conditions you can imagine your self.

Some things to consider:
1. If you buy return merchandise, it may be non-functional.
2. You will get some lots of lemons.
3. You absolutely do not open a paypal dispute or credit card dispute unless absolutely necessary or your account will be closed.
4. only buy from the few specific big seller id "onlinereturn", "Acer", "Sony", "liquidationresale","techexess", "globaltech" etc

Pro:
Fast, readily available customer service.
Very fast handling time
Easy to use website.
Warranty is great in which prepaid labels are provided for you.

I buy electronics for resale, around 25-50 lots per month and it has been quite profitable and now accounts for ~25% of my inventory.

I've had to open dispute on about a dozen lots and was always treated fairly. All the complaints you see are clearly people who are just small time newbs trying to get rich.

Experience as a seller
Awesome site 5+ stars we sold a variety New, used and salvage products through liquidation.com for the past two years. There is really no online marketplace like liquidation.com for a seller or buyer. Liquidation does charge a minimum $30 fee per auction or 10% value fee what ever is greater to every auction but the cost of shipping is paid for by the buyer. I highly recommend liquidation.com to any person or company that has product they can not sell through a retail channel. Expect to get 50% of the items value most of the time.

Experience as a buyer
You can get great deals on some product but the quality varies. We have been buying on liquidation.com for the past 4 years and the experience has changed a lot. Most of the product we have purchased offered through the website is accurately described and usually arrives a week after you pay for the product via UPS or a pre-arranged shipping method. I do find it odd that every package(Even if it ways one pound) is a flat $40. Disputing misrepresented product can take up to two weeks not including shipping back time and the 3 days the seller has to inspect the goods but this is not a problem when you can purchase wholesale lots at a quarter of its value(Sometimes).
