"False Advertising: Post Office Now Hiring Ad" - While the Long Island Penny Saver (and other papers like it: Yankee Trader, Our Place etc.) is usually very helpful (e.g. Local eatery locations, garage sales etc.) I was most recently displeased with their "Help Wanted" section. They allowed "adSource" to advertise that the United States Post Office was "now hiring." This is a falsehood for my current location. THE POST OFFICE IS NOT HIRING LOCALLY (within 30 miles of my home location). YOU DO NOT NEED THE TESTING MATERIAL and THERE IS NO REFUND! Please, do not buy into this company's scam; they go by the number: *******829. Afterwards, I found all of this to be supported by my local post office and several other post office employees: THE POST OFFICE IS LOOKING TO DOWNSIZE (not hire!) and the battery test is not difficult enough to need supplemental study material. For your own well-being, please do not buy into this scam of false advertising!
