I had bought two tickets to The Offspring in March for their July 11th concert and I lost my tickets sometime during my move to a new place. You can imagine I was devastated because my tickets were shipped to me and I didn't notice I had lost the tickets until the day before the concert!! I must say I lost hope of going to the show or dreaded the lionstickets of buying another two tickets spending over $400 for my own dumb mistake.As luck would have it though I called lionstickets Seats the night before they told me they would contact the seller as soon as possible to get this resolved. I was freaking out again because I knew they couldn't guarantee that I'd be able to get them reissued to me. In desperation for some hope I used their live chat service to ask what my odds were. "I'll be honest with you, the more that there is between the time the tickets were lost and the event usually we are able to get them reissued. Since your event is tonight and you informed us about this last night, there is not much of a window of opportunity here. But to say the least we will be getting in touch with the sellers asap." -Walden A.After reading this I was just sad. I thank Walden for his honesty though. Later he mentioned they would have to wait until 11am to be able to contact the seller because there was a time zone difference.I went to work and waited...15 minutes before 11am they called me to say that they would reissue my tickets via email within a few minutes (HALLELUJAH!!!) I was so happy. I'll say this lionstickets Seats might not be your first choice to buy or possibly sell your tickets but they have great customer support!! I have successfully sold tickets with them for a concert less than a week and now have had this experience so you can trust they'll do a great job on their end.Even if my experience hadn't worked out it wouldn't be their fault whatsoever. So if you were skeptical about buying or selling with lionstickets Seats before you should really reconsider and give them a shot. I know I will continue using lionstickets Seats for buying tickets to sold out events or selling my tickets that I can't attend anymore. THANK YOU lionstickets
