I must amend the one star review I wrote this morning, because todays mail brought the missing three t-shirts that I ordered for my wife 5 weeks ago. So, as things stand, I ordered five t-shirts; one arrived promptly, one arrived after 3 weeks (but is the wrong size) and the last three (all the correct size) arrived today. Since the wrong size shirt was a final sale (no returns) item, I didn't get quite as good a buy as I had hoped. I am none the less pleased with the four correctly sized shirts.

This is a terrible company that doesn't give a s--t about it's customers. I placed an order almost 30 days ago and still have not received it. Ruined a Christmas gift! Get NO updates on shipping or expected delivery day. Every time I try to learn something I get a standard, stock reply. Nothing but excuses and B. S. I would NEVER recomend this company to anyone for any reason. STAY AWAY!

This company makes up bogus delivery dates they have no intention of honouring. They present as an Australian ie. Lillicloth AU which is also a scam. Just like every other customer still waiting for my item 4 weeks after due date.

My husband ordered me a shirt and I was told it would take 8-10 days to get my order we paid 9.99 for shipping and then after 2 weeks I messages to find out where my order was. They said my order has been delayed and I will get a email when my package has been sent. It's now been almost 4 weeks and still nothing. I asked for a refund and then they tell me it will take 1-2 weeks to get my money back. We paid $30 for 1 shirt with shipping and received the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Ordered a tee shirt and was told that I could expect delivery in about 3-4 weeks. They asked for my street address and not my Post Office Box address. I tracked the movement online. When the day for delivery came & went I checked to see that this outfit said that they tried to deliver 2 times but there was no mail receptacle. If they had asked for my mailing address I would have provided the Post Office Box number instead of the street address. Where I live you "have" to have a P. O. box as this post office does not offer street address.
I later find out that this outfit is a Chinese company. I had a bad experience with another chinese outfit last year. Unfortunately these outfits are not familiar with the different options of shipping in the United States.
From now on I will be inquiring which country the product is being made and shipped from.
I gave this review 1 star and that was too high!

Shipping was almost as much as the item... seriously? Ordered a Tshirt for reasonable price, then (on final stage of checkout) shipping was $10.

Placed order on october 20, it cleared customs on nov 7, still not delivered. This place is a crime, they wouldn't let you cancel order because it "shipped", it has a usps # the same day, but after 2 months the usps still doesn't have. Cleared customs 5 weeks ago, and its still not here. Don't waste your time dealing with this company

I ordered 8 shirts/tops, because I liked their ‘messages' & 1 hat——1st: I ordered all shirts 12/1/2020, planning for Christmas gifts. Lilicloth said to expect 14-20 day delivery. I got multiple deliveries starting from 1/10/2021 & I'm still waiting for 2 tops as of 1/29/2021! 2nd: need you to know, what looks like a sweatshirt is NOT sweatshirt quality — it's more like cotton long sleeve. I'm hopeful they will wash well. 3rd: the hat is of a cotton fabric design, I thought it was more like wool or knitted or something a whole lot different from what it was. Lastly: one undelivered item is ‘out of stock' and I've emailed requesting info on when it'll be available (I don't mind waiting, I've waited this long), I've yet to receive a response (after 6 days).,,, so I'm wondering, does this mean I'm going to have to call? Where to call? How about- do I really want to make & pay for an international call. Yeah, so if you order, BE patient... & then some!
