Do not order anything from them. They never sent me my item, refused to refund, and then stopped answering my e-mails.

The worst customer service, no response no money back missing orders = SCAM do not buy. Cannot get my monye back or their attention three orders free items just pay shipping. Learned my lesson

I had bought 2 items no email was sent nor was the text msg like they said, I contacted my bank and is still waiting to get my money back, do not expect lilac shade to contact you aboj anything its all a scam business, dont waste your money!

Fake tracking number didn't receive product. I had to go through my bank to get my money back! Do bother to even order from them

I placed an order for a dress. I ordered an XL but was sent a L. I contacted them via email on 2/6 to inquire about how to get the correct size. They didn't reply. I followed up 2 days later, no reply. I called the number on the website multiple times and no one was ever available. I got an answer through the chat but she was extremely rude. She sent an email to request permission to send it back for a refund, never asking if I wanted the correct size. I emailed the link she provided, still no reply. Today is 2/19. I called the phone number listed again, it says the business is closed for the day despite it saying it should be open another hour. I greeted hello, as I was asking to speak with someone from the company she replied "?" Now I see why there are no comments or reviews, they obviously delete them so you don't see how they handle people. I purchased because of review from an influencer... never again. Time to call my bank.

I've been waiting over 3 months for my product. I've asked for a refund 3 times. Each getting a different answer. Now they tell me because it's "shipped" I can't get a refund. Do NOT buy from this scam website!

I never received the item I ordered, couldn't get them to respond to my emails, never got my money. I am very irritated. DO NOT give them ANY money. You will not get what you order.

I ordered two dresses back in July 2019. I contacted customer service several times about the status of my order. In October they said they would ship the order a second time. It is December and I received a gift card for the amount I spent so I ordered the same dresses again. I just received an email that only one of my items shipped. I want a refund.

Quality is trash I received my item after 2 months! And it was the wrong colour and the threads were coming out and ugh everything about the dress was wrong! Costumer service was also $#*!ty! (Obviously)

I needed bikinis for a trip to Florida. I was using IG and an ad about Shop Lilac appeared. I went and ordered a bikini 3 months before my trip. My trip was last weekend and I haven't get anything yet. I've been emailing them for so many time and still haven't heard anything from them.

I never got my ring I ordered. I emailed numerous times, only to get 1 email back reassuring me that it takes 6-8 weeks sometimes to receive items. It's been almost 5 months now and I have yet to get another response or any money back either.

This is not shoplilac, there is no confusion. I ordered from lilacshade.com on April 9th and still have not received my order. It says it was ready on April 12th when using the tracking option. They do not respond on chat and or answer emails. $62 wasted. Do not buy from this company!

Fraudulent Scam: I have not received my order. After repeated emails and trying to track my order. Customer service doesn't exist! Stay away!

I'm so upset and not happy at all, my dress never arrived and I never got my refund. I made a mistake on the address, which I realized the minute after placing my order. From that exact moment on, I've been trying to contact you and I've sent you a dozen emails to correct this. Never got answer back! 3 weeks ago someone contacted me to see if there was something wrong with the address I originally provided... for the 15th time I explained myself again and provided one last time the good address. Again no answer at all! It's been months and I haven't been able to contact any of the team or get an answer, and of course, neither I got my money back! TERRIBLE SERVICE. I copy paste this review anywhere possible so that people are aware of this before ordering anything!

If I could I would give them 0 star! I love shopping online and have never had any problems until this store! What a horrible experience, the clothes did not look like the picture so when I tired to return there was no customer service to speak to, and when I tired to give them a bad review and complaint on their Instagram page they deleted all my comments and blocked me! I tired to report them to the bbb but that didn't work. Trust me on this, the pictures and prices may look nice but it's all bull$#*!!

They never send my product, I ordered it November 2 and they never send me any update, tracking number or information about my product and when I send a email to resolve my issue they were evasive and careless, I lost my money, be careful.

I ordered clothing off of lilacshade.com. Their instagram website says they are in Arizona, CA and it says 7-10 days for shipping. They even had an instagram model post the outfit I bought and give a discount code. When I first ordered I received no tracking number until I emailed them and they said their staff "forgot" and they would send one asap. When I finally got one I noticed that it shipped out of Hong Kong, which was already strange since they are supposed to be in Arizona. I received my package 20 days later, even though it was supposed to be 7-10 days. The outfit I received was completely wrong, cheap, unattractive, and looked nothing like what I ordered. In fact, at first I figured it was just the wrong order. I emailed them and they said they forwarded my information to their support team. After some investigating I realized my outfit was no longer on their website and the website was a scam. I emailed a few more times demanding a refund and received no reply ever. I commented under their instagram picture asking for a refund and telling them I was scammed and was blocked off of their page in return. This website is a scam from people in Hong Kong and now they have my address, credit card information, etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I was SO NERVOUS after I placed my order and saw some bad reviews online. I immediately contacted customer service and the rep assured me that there is another company called shoplilac.com that is being confused for lilacshade.com and that I had nothing to worry about. She was right! I love the dress and the booties I ordered, the prices are on point and I'll keep shopping there.
