Recently purchased two articles described as T-shirts but they are so much nicer and more versatile than the description. I like both very much and can dress them up with nice slacks or emphasize the casual in jeans. The purchase process was easy, delivery on time, the small size perfect for my frame and the material very comfortable. These were my first buys from LightInTheBox but they will not be my last.
Ordered items specifically that were listed with 3 to 5 day delivery. Been waiting several days. The site, until this morning listed my order as "pending" and "processing." My order still has not shipped. But I do have an approximate delivery date of about 8 to 10 days from now. I, obviously? Have no idea about the quality of their items. But their shipping service is poor at best or down right dishonest.
I've sent already 3 emails regarding my shipment and still no answer received from Customer Service
Tracking ************** already 1 month paid and still not delivered and showing Delay transit since 28 days without any change or update on the web. No money refund, no replies, no hope with this site.
The jacket that I ordered is certainly not XL in the shoulders and does not match the measurements provided. I can hardly fit in it! Furthermore, the material used to make it is cheap and it smells awful, so even if the jacket did fit I would not wear it. Their system does not let me upload the pictures which I took or submit a request to have a refund and there is no way of contacting their customer service. A very frustrating experience. Avoid at all costs!

Warning expect poor quality and colours posted on the website didn't match with item i received.You have to pay for shipping to china when you're not satisfied with the colour of one item. I was informed I would receive a partial refund within 3-4 business day. It is over a month and it shows on their site that they have closed the order. Bottom line they don't provide any customer service or satisfaction. So expect that you are throwing your money away.

I ordered a black shrug and received a red one. It was for a special occasion. This company does not give refunds even if the error is their fault. You are requested to send photos of the item received. That does not work. No matter how many times you contact them. I received an emailed coupon for $6 to use on any order I make that's over $25. What! Why should I have to buy something else. I just want a refund. Never order from Light In The Box. You'll be sorry if they screw your order up because you won't get your money back.
Terrible -0 I ordered 2, one as a gift. First the packaging was very poor, so inside boxes were damaged.
Next, neither Flawless facial hair removers worked. No sound. No light. No instructions. NOTHING - Just dead.
I wasted hard earned money. Please save yourself grief. DO NOT BUY unless you want to throw money into the garbage. I am beyond disappointed. (the hair removers appeared intact, so the damaged outer packaging was not the problem. And this product is all plastic.

Bad return policy. I don't want a credit for future purchase when the items received doesn't fit. I will not pay return shipping for items I already paid to have them shipped to me. Any efforts to get a full refund is denied with your return policy asking me to do your work by taking measurement and sending photos of proof because you got the sizes wrong in the first place. This is another way to scam people out of their money. Two separate items were order, only one was receive. They did not offer or even try to replace the item never received
Wow, my clothes were not like picture. I went UP a size and they were tiny, tiny to fit an 7 year old girl. They won't return it until you spend $50 to mail back with tracking to CHINA and they won't get back to you for days. THERE CLOTHES ARE NOT LIKE PICTURES! ORDER NUMBER: *******

I find light in the box does not have free shipping as Shien for the same items. At least Shien runs free shipping for as little as $29 orders
I got duped, don't waste your money! I ordered a Large 'sports jacket' but everything about this product is fake, cheap, undersized, deformed and made from an unknow cheap plastic material and sown together as cheaply as possible. Returning will cost you postage back to mainland China and then unknown if you'd ever get refunded because there's no way of contacting anyone in this so called 'company'. I wasted my money and learned a horrible lesson, what you see on their ads is NOT even close to what you'll receive.

Ich hatte ein T-Shirt laut der Größentabelle XXL 119-126 cm Brustumfang bestellt und habe eines mit 134+ cm Brustumfang bekommen, dass wäre sogar fast größer als XXXL.
Den Fehler geben sie nicht zu und schieben den Fehler mir zu.
Ich verlage nur, das ich den bestellten Artikel in der richtigen Größe bekomme, angeboten wurden mir lächerliche %. Das war meine letzte Bestellung.
I purchased two kitchen taps from this company both of which were found to be defective on installation by a certified plumber. Light in the Box have done everything possible to avoid refunding me. When I left a one star review on another website they tried to bribe me into changing it to five stars.
This company is to be avoided at all costs. Please save yourself the pain of buying rubbish goods from them.

This is poor quality, arrived with glue all over the front, cheaply made, uneven jewels and website says 3-5 business days for shipping and I had to email the company at week 3 to ask about the order and arrived a week later. Original payment order date was March 2nd. Arrived April 3rd. Horrible customer service. I spent $108 US dollars and the replied that they would give me a refund of $10. SERIOUSLY? Their return policy says I can return it but they do not let you.

Ordered Clothing. The size is larger than average and has bad quality fabric. I want to return it, This is no use to me. I ordered 3 sweat shirts and 2 shirts, all in different sized. The 2 x sweatshirt I couldn't get over my head even though I'm a medium in US sizes. All shirts were extremely small and I could not give them as gifts.
When I tried to return them for larger sizes, I was told it would be too expensive to return and I should just live with them. Absolutely no customer service at all.

Ordered clothes that were "photo" gorgeous online from Light in the Box. When my 2 orders arrived (which took weeks to get and I mean several weeks) the clothes in the packages looked like they were purchased from goodwill and packed up and sent to me! Yucky! The clothes were nothing like the pictures that this company advertises online. Fake and fraudulent company. Buy from companies where you can actually talk to real people and return in a brick and mortar shop!

These reviews must all be fake or this company would never get above 2 stars. Their size chart isn't even close. They say their clothes' are normal US size and I was stupid enough to believe it. XL fist like a medium. Took 3 weeks to arrive and it's flimsy, cheap material. Now a week from Christmas and I'm scrambling to find something else. I even have to email them for approval to return. What do you want to bet that email goes unanswered? Couldn't be more disappointed.

I ordered 3 shirts. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive and came in two separate packages, several days apart. Ordered standard medium size. Two shirts were clearly large and unsuitable to be worn. Other shirt was so small that had difficulty buttoning it. Immediately emailed company. Company says that shirts must be returned to CHINA at my expense and suggested that I donate them since shipping cost will equal cost of shirts and I could receive a partial credit for future purchases. Totally unacceptable. I feel this is a rip off.
Selecting "My Orders" list the exact items that you have previously ordered. But they insisted that I ordered a completely different dress and color. Then they make unreasonable offers like keep the item or pay return shipping or a 74% less credit reward to use on a future item. Then no return at all after 7 days. My guess is having sold over 500 of the item I ordered and 200 of the other, they were out of stock and substituted with another. They sent me blue... an entirely different dress.

Placed order 1/4/2024, today is 1/26/2024 and they say they're "processing my order". I have inquired several times asking why they took payment but did not ship my order. They keep moving the date then still don't ship the order. Now they emailed saying one of my items is no longer in stock and want me to pick something else! It's simple, if you're not going to send what I paid for then refund me! I get no response from them. My next move is to dispute this with PayPal or my bank to get my money back.

Light in the Box always responds to bad reviews with the exact same response but does not actually make any attempts to resolve issues.
The latest information on this is that the "DO" have this item but have raised the price by 475%. If I am willing to pay $172.99 for the same item, they advertised at $37.99 then suddenly they have it in stock.

They refused to send what I paid for unless I would pay an additional $135.00. The item was originally $37.99 and they claim it is out of stock, yet they ARE currently selling this very same item for $172.99. This is a 475% markup after taxes. I say again 475% over the original selling price!!!!!!!!
It's cheaper on Amazon and you will at least get the item and (I dare say) a LOT faster than 4-6 weeks waiting on shipping.

Product is nothing like what they advertise and such bad quality. I wanted a 3 XLL and as you can see it just fits a size 38. They insist you have to send the product back to Asia with a cost of around US$ 40.00 which you must pay upfront - so how do you know you are going to get the original € 150 back. Made the order for a kids bag on 8 sep 21 from 15 sep the order is in transit till date and the supervisor of the team said it is going to take 60 days and than 10 days for delivery. Donr waste your time and money these people keep on sending delivery confirmation or if not tell us to go to post shop to check our order as they are out once the purchase is made even after paying $20 just for delivery. 0 customer support Pathetic service total waste of money order number.
