Lighting Supply

I ordered $261 of bulbs. I did not realize that I had not received them until I went to change a burnt-out bulb and had no bulbs. Checked the order and I had paid for them with AMEX, but never received them. They refused to honor the order, saying "too late."

Online purchase & payment were easy and product arrived when promised. Issue is wrong item was shipped. Should have been model # KN-COB-B-LPM, assembly # 9CO5-LP. However, what was shipped was model # KN-COB-LP2, assembly # 9CO5-LP2.

Called their customer support who were very helpful in providing information on correct range hood filters for my Kenmore Elite range hood over the stove. Also Lighting Supply was way cheaper for the OEM filters above all other competition.
Will buy again from Lighting Supply in the future.

I ordered pink lights for breast cancer awareness. The lights illuminate RED. Very disappointed. I am returning the lights for a refund.

Easy to order, fast delievery. Will definitely order from them again should the need arrive.

I think it is outrages that the shipping cost more than the product. Not happy, if we weren't still having sheltered in place I would find a local store. Below wants me to confirm receiving order, I just want to be clear that I have NOT received my order.

Delivery was very prompt. However, 1 globe was just slightly smaller in diameter than advertised. I tried it in both wooden wall scones and it doesn't fit either one. Thus, it is the globe that is just slightly off in diameter. I have to sand down one of the scones and restain it - then all will be OK

Your response times to my inquiry and order were excellent; the total cost from Lighting Supply was the best value.

Found a rare light bulb at a reasonable price delivered to me in a short time. Product was not what I expected but shipping cost is nearly the same as the product cost so I suppose that I'll just hold onto these (3) for emergencies.

The first time in a while that all items were in tact and functioning; obviously the result of more careful packaging in the shipping department. Perhaps small order are often treated carelessly? Worthwhile to request special treatment as I did here (even while Lighting Supply always puts everything right after a reportage of damage).

Delay of 2 weeks! Which I couldn't afford as a contractor and after calling and confirming in advanced that it will be delivered in 5 days

It's now 12 days and it didn't arrive

Ordered on-line and received my astronomical light in 1 week. Received exactly what I ordered. This is my 3rd purchase from lighting supply and all orders have been flawless.The only issue I have is the cost to send the package from Michigan to Sun City.@$12.50 for 6 ounces via UPS! I feel on orders this small in weight and size the postal service would have been a better option to offer your customer at a lesser cost. The shipping was 16.33% of the cost of the product.

Placed an order on-line for parts. They reached out to me to let me know what parts were in stock and which parts would be delayed. Got them to me 3 weeks earlier than expected. Great customer service.

I was very upset when the manufacturer of my device informed me that the part that I needed was no longer being made. Instead of giving up, I started looking for someone who might still have the part in stock. I feel very lucky to have found Lighting Supply! They had 3 of the part that I needed still in stock.
