I have ordered many times with Lightinbox and in all cases the order has been completed quickly and without complications. Generally, I am happy with the product, but I have lowered my expectations on the quality for all orders. The fabric tends to be low quality, even when I order silk or some other standard material, I always expect lower quality from this site that other sites. In most cases this lower quality is reflected in the price. If I am shopping for a wedding where I require a higher quality product, then I go to sites such as 'Shein' or 'Tenu' to get better quality. It would be to beneficial to Lightinbox to offer better quality products such as real silk, better cottons, bamboo sheets and to clearly rate the quality of the product.

I ordered dresses from here. Read and reread return policy. It clearly states a 7-day any reason return. My order hadn't shipped, they only took my money. I requested the order be cancelled and they told me I only would get half my money back! Mind you, I just literally placed the order. Had to cancel my order due to Covid and event being canceled do not u def any circumstances order from here. Dry questionable business practices.

All they do is run you in circles and don't fall through what they said they would do to fix you issue. Just to talk to someone, you have download there app and once they do get to you, they ask what can we do to get a 5 Star rating,, I agreed to give them one after they refunded my money and me the shirt I wanted. They sent me a invoice, like they sent it out but guess what, the shirt never arrived but my 5 star review is still up. BUYERS BEWARE!
