I had very low expectations because I read troubling reviews on other websites. I ended up saving a considerable amount of money and I had NO issues at all. Shipping was equally fast as the Walmart site had listed and I received email communications informing me of progress. I'll be checking licarca pricing for future online purchases. Thanks!

Everything went smooth with the order and the Product Hill's Science Diet food was delivered quickly. They asked for confirmation that we received order. Interesting.

I bought a Nespresso machine. When I wrote to ask why it still showed processing a week later, they said the "shipper " had the order. Today my order cancelled. I'm pretty sure they exist on the float- they charge you for products they don't ship, earning money on their average daily balance in their bank account from orders they cancel a week after the payment clears. That's my guess at least. In any event- No, Licarca isn't legit. Don't bother with the great deal, you'll just but the item elsewhere in a week.

Wish i could put a zero star. This is a drop shipping company. They place an order through walmart or alibaba for you. For that reason shipping takes forever. Waited 4 weeks and still havent received anything yet. They first blame it on covid then the war in ukraine. Stay as far away from this company.

My order was a small one, but I was treated like I had spent big money. I made a mistake with my address, and they corrected it quickly. What I ordered was much more expensive at other retailers. My product was exactly as ordered and I was informed when it arrived by email. No complaints. I would order from them again.

Purchased a patio table and was charged the cost. 2 weeks later got an email that my order had been cancelled with not explanation. Tried calling customer service number several times and no one answered. Will never do business with them again.

Licarca has outstanding customer service! They really take care of their customers and any issues that may arise. I had experienced a little shipping mishap on the carriers part and Licarca customer service was quick to respond to the situation and handle it. They kept me informed and gave me options pertaining to the issue and I couldn't be more pleased with them and their product!

I made an order and got conformation then heard nothing for a little over a week. I called and no operators available so sent email. Heard back that they would look into it and 3 days later my item came. Never got any tracking they just need a better customer service department.
