Thank you for giving me my life back! After getting behind several years in business and personal taxes from a divorce and Illness I contacted Leavy &Associate. From the moment I talk to Mr. Leavy he made me understand that they were there for me and that they would work through this with me. He listened to all my tears and anxiety. I thought I'd never be able to straighten that mess out... But thanks to Mr. Leavy and his team I am now experiencing a good night sleep and have worked out a payment plan that works with the income that I have. Forever grateful
AT first I thought I found a professional office in Delray Beach Florida but had no idea what was in store for me. Its not like a didn't give these people a chance but instead gave them 4 years, and in each of those years but 1, I had problems. Immediately i noticed a lack of follow up failure to call,, ask questions etc. They interpretations of business tax laws were in conflict with mine and my other CPA that retired... Eventually one of those years they failed to file, lost all of my tax papers despite being paid in advance. They tried to fix the situation but were unable to recover fines and extra tax penalties, which most people know is impossible most of the time. Since then I have learned to do my own follow up which being from NYC, using people like Arthur Anderson I was not used too. I lost thousands, received no compensation from Levy associates,,, not even a refund for the year they did not even file. My suggestion Avoid!..

I STARTED USING LEVY & ASSOCIATES IN 2011. I WAS AUDITED FOR 2010 AND THE IRS SAID I OWED OVER $100,000. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS HORRIFIED AND ASKED MY TAX PREPARER AT THE TIME TO HELP ME WITH THIS AMOUNT. HE MET WITH AN IRS AGENT AND CAME BACK TO ME AND I ACTUALLY OWED MORE MONEY. IT WAS THEN I CONTACTED LAWRENCE LEVY AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAD HAPPENED!
LEVY & ASSOCIATES GOT THE AMOUNT OF TAX LOWERED TO $10,000. EXACTLY WHERE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I WAS VERY GRATEFUL AND I AM STILL WITH THEM TODAY. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE IF I NEED HELP AND FOR THAT I AM VERY GRATEFUL!
