Letsbuymobile.com is a fraud website. I have placed an order on 25-Nov-2013, But till date i have not received any refund from the website. Every time i call there customer care, they will receive call after 15 minutes and they will say the same words like refund will be given within 2 days or 1 day. But not received refund even after calling more than 10 times. Every time they will give some new reason for not refunding the money. So suggesting you to not place any order with this website.

I have ordered on 8th feb 14, recently i have downloaded cibil credit from cibil website, my score is 820, so that i have applyed loan
Wait and see what about my order is approved or not?
UPDATE: my loan rejected, even i have good credit score, its SCAM Site, finally i approve its frude site

"Letsbymobile" This company is pakka 100% fraud, i have paid my money for blackberry and after 2 weeks they said i have credit problem so we can't proceed with the order and they said i will get a wrist watch but till date its been 2 months i haven't got any thing from this bloody 3rd grade mother $#*!ing company. Government should ban/block these companies. $#*! you bastards.

This is a fraud Website. Dont buy anything from them. I had done my biggest mistake of my life choosing this website. They charge a processing fee of rs. 999. And rob it. After 7 days they tell that our order is rejected and will not give the refund. They will instead give a watch which they dont give. Pls Dont buy from them. They are fraud scammers

This site is really a cheat. They never fulfil any order and they are cheating everybody. Daily cheating somany people by stealing Rs. 999/- being processing charge. Please do not get into the trap of this FRAUD website

This website plays a very clever game by asking the costumers to pay initial amount in advance. They have not specified the procedure or the conditions on which their verification team verifies the clients financial records. I really doubt if they really have such system since they have not specified anything about it. Same is with the approval as i really doubt if someone has actually got an approval. It looks like a system where its only for the company to collect initial 999 rupees & just reply with a message that the application got rejected by the verification team.

Could anyone please tell me, what are all the verifications they are doing? Or please share why your application got rejected.?

Had ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo on 26-Sept-2014.
Following which i had requested for the cancellation of my order on 29-Sept-2014.
I haven't received my refund of Rs. 874 yet.
They don't reply to my e-mails.
When I call on customer care, no one picks up the phone.
My order id is LBM*******.
I want my refund in any case.

Hi Every body, like you all I had also ordered one apple phone by pay Rs 999 to them as processing fee, but after approx 15 days the application was rejected I got the msg. After That I called them to find the reason, but they dont have any answer. Frankly specking I had given them lots of abuses and had threatened them then after almost 15 days luckly I got my money back from them. They transferred that in my account. So, I m saying u to behave them like the same. I also want to close this type of bogus company because it is making fool and cheated lots of person who were in needs and currently also they are doing the same.

Letsbuymobile.com ये एक फ्रॉड साइट है, ओरडर लेने से पहले बड़े अच्छे 2 वादे करते है और एक बार पैसे जमा करने के बाद फ़ोन भी नही उठाते, ये सिर्फ़ पैसे ठगने का नया तरीका है, इनका सिद्धांत वही है कि रु. 1000/- या रु. 800/- के लिए कोई बड़ा हंगामा भी नही करेगा और कोर्ट भी नही जाएगा और इस तरह से अगर 2,3 लाख लोगो को भी ठग लिया तो का 25-30 करोड़ रु. तो इकट्ठे हो ही जाएँगे/ सब लोग इस फ्रॉड कंपनी से सावधान हो जाए और मैं चाहता हूँ कि मेरी तरह दूसरे लोग भी ना ठगे जाए, ये वाकई एक नये तरह का फ्रॉड है

This site and this is a very big fraud. And they are making fool of customers. They didnt gave any confirmation of aceptance or rejection. Please dont waste your Rs. 1000/- on this site. No support service, and worst website i have never seen.

This is a fraud Site, this site is not refund my Amount Rs. 999, My order no. Is Lbm*******. On given order date 19-12-2013, still my order is not approved by credit team. I am waiting... my refund money...

Dear readers,
I don't know what basis they are rejecting the application, where i have great record through banking as i successfully completed my bike EMI.
On 25th DEC i applyed for mobile the request id LBM *******, after successful payment of 999/-, on 02nd Jan i received a SMS stating that your request has been rejected by our credit team,
When i enquired about the same through the customer care *******181, they are said your money refund is already processed with bank of India till today i did't got money back, hence request you refund my money ASAP.
