I ordered 2 items. One was delivered. I started contacting them a few days later and they kept saying it was shipped. In the end they said "because I did not purchase insurance, it wasn't their problem). I never saw a place to purchase it and they waited a full month of my complaining to say that. I have never had anything stolen from my mailbox. A big disappointment and a shame I will never order from them again.

WARNING TO ALL SHOPPERS! This is another scam based in China. I ordered a dress (V neck Red Shift Women Daytime Casual Half Sleeve Slit Leaf Elegant Dress × 1) at the end of January and have yet to receive it. I emailed customer service a month later since according to their website shipping can take anywhere from 10-30 days. They responded that my order was delayed and offered a 20% refund once it is received and to please keep the dress when I get it. Soon after my email, about a day or two later I receive an email stating the dress had been shipped and provided a tracking number. I clicked on the tracking number, which leads me to a Canadian post service indicating that this number does not exist. I emailed customer service again twice about this and have yet to receive a response. It's now been two months since my purchase and nothing has arrived. I'll be lucky if I even receive anything. And based on the reviews on another site, I expect to get a piece of junk and a run around for the supposed refund. This site works just like fashionmia and other China based online stores. All scammers. Never purchase from Letlazy!
