Long story short: I ordered two sports team jackets from Leren Jack, a month before Christmas 2023. They were a gift for my brother. A week before Christmas and I still hadn't received the jackets. Emailed Leren Jack, they said they were busy but I should get them the following weekend, two days before Christmas. They didn't show. It then became obvious that they still hadn't even delivered the package when I emailed them, three weeks after making the order. Package finally came after Christmas, but it was only for one of two jackets. Emailed them again to ask why they only sent one, and they said they were busy. They will send the other one out right away. Four weeks later (obviously far too late for a Christmas gift), the second jacket arrives, but they printed the logo for the team backwards! I thought I was purchasing decent jackets, not knockoffs that they print themselves, but whatever. At this point emailed them and made it clear that I wanted a refund for the second jacket and would happily return it to them, but they ignored my refund request and said they'd send me another jacket with the logo printed correctly.

The second version of the second jacket arrives weeks later, logo printed correctly. But by that time I had already received two bills from Fedex for the previous two deliveries, both around $30 Canadian. Once I got the third delivery (second version of the second jacket), I got another bill from Fedex for $30. As you can clearly see in the receipt attached, I clearly chose Free Delivery.

I now owe Fedex nearly $100 CAD for three deliveries. I understand that this company is located in a different country and sometimes delivery charges apply, but I did not ask for three jackets sent in three different deliveries. I wanted my money back for the second jacket, since they messed it up and were a terrible company to deal with, but they just ignored me and sent me another jacket, in yet another delivery, resulting in yet another $30 charge to me.

This company is an absolute joke and I'd avoid them at every turn. Their products are fairly expensive knockoffs, and they are a terrible company to deal with. Instead of just giving me a refund, they sent another jacket in another delivery and Fedex charged me another $30 for it. Terrible products, terrible communication, and they seem to almost intentionally try to screw you over. Avoid this terrible company at al costs!
