Really bad. It took almost 2 months to get my glasses
Ordered lenses 2 months ago. I still haven't received them. Requested a call back, requested a manager, requested a refund, and they ignored my request. They would respond close to a week later and say they were working on the order. Last request on the status, they said the glasses didn't pass inspection and are working on the order. Worst service I have ever had
These lens are very clear and focused, that is the only good thing. I actually feel like it would have been alot better to find a local lens replacement. After having to go to an Optician and get a PD Measurement done and emal it to the company, It took almost a 6 weeks to get my glasses back from the lab. When they came back packaged and insured inside a wonderfully structred blue box, with a new white glasses case of a triangular shape, and I inspected them, I found small damage spots that weren't there before shipping. Along with the lenses not quite being fitted properly, but only well enough to not outright notice. A small overlap on top of lenses to frame. They serve the vision purpose, but I will never use this service ever again, and wouldn't recommend it to an enemy.

Since I sent in my order it's been amost a month and they still haven't arrived. 2 weeks ago I was confused as to why my status on your website hadn't changed and the shipping time ETA remained the same. I messaged support who proceeded to tell me that I needed to redo my measurements. I sent in my measurements and then once again had to proactively ask your team to find out whether or not they worked. This has been an awful experience.

Order went well but lenses were terrible. Wore glasses about 30min before I could no longer wear them. They made me so nauseated that I could not wear them any longer. Also, the progressive lenses were so low on the glasses that I had to tilt them up approximately 1/2 inch to read computer screen. I will definitely be returning.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
