Ordered Bose Tempo frames with Rx polarized sun mirrored lenses. Took a month and a half. I was sent a pair with Rx polarized lenses and loose set of mirrored non-Rx and non-polarized lenses in the case. I paid $80 extra for the lenses and did not receive them. Asking for a refund.

They thought they located then and sent a picture of my frame, but it wasn't mine. Four more days and no response, so I followed to myself and was told they found them. No offer up rush the order. I waited another will for the lenses to be completed. Then, promised overnight shipping and they arrive five days later. Horrible customer service, no accountability, and will never use this company again.
I have a small face, almost all general medical goggles are too large. Stoggle mini's and the lensabl progressive lenses are perfect! Finally, I can see and have goggles with lateral protection! Thank you!
The whole process was pretty easy. The only problem doing this on line, you really have no way of differentiating between s/m or m/lg. I ordered a m/lg without any info on how the sizing was determined. They are too big and not sure how to reduce them after spending $500.
They did great with the lenses and all. Loved the shipping label provided. Was easy to send my old frames and they did a nice job replacing the lenses with my prescription on a pair of weird old delicate frames. They even cut them very precise and beautiful in the octogonal shape that the old lenses were just as I requested. Only thing is, I asked them to clean up the frames since they were really gross when I got them and they are still dirty. I figured it would be easier for them to clean them up while the lenses were off and I thought maybe they had the right cleaning tools to get in the little nooks and crannies. But I guess that's just not what they do. Pretty pricey for some lenses, too! But overall very pleased with the service. Would use them again.
Customer service very helpful and informative. The first set of lenses were very blurry since the frames sit low on the bridge of my nose. Returned it, and was updated periodically.

Half point off for taking so long (a month) because they had to redo the lens. However, they were very careful with the fragile frames. The quality was great and everything was done from home. They were also responsive to questions, etc.
After being gifted a pair of Stoggles In March, I promptly sent them to the lab in Los Angeles from Montreal Canada. They arrived but were lost at the lab. After many emails with apologies as well as promises to replace the frames, I received only the lenses on May 30th. Clearly communication and customer satisfaction are not a priority for Lensabl. It's too bad. So to sum it up: Frustrating, unprofessional, unaccountable. I still haven't heard from customer service regarding a refund as I am beyond the point of negotiating and waiting for Lensabl to do the right thing. I will not recommend this company and will send my coworkers(I work in healthcare and safety goggles are a must) elsewhere.
Second time I've used Lensabl. I'll keep my box and case so they don't have to keep sending me one. I know what glasses I like so I can find the exact used frame online and then have lensabl update my prescription. I've done wire frames and they've looked great both times! Saved me a lot of money, so thanks a bunch!

I purchased some special frames from SLYK Shades and they recommended Lensabl to fit them to my Rx. I had some unexpected difficulties with the frame, so it took longer to get the right ones sent to Lensabl for my lenses. During this process, Alex was my go-to guy and kept me up to date via emails. If i had a question, he got back to me with an answer within the day. The process of online ordering (even for my complex progressive lenses) was smooth, but humans reached out to verify some of my details, to be sure they got it right. I just received my glasses back this week and they are clear and sharp and i am delighted with the results. I would use Lensabl again anytime and will recommend to friends, too!

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
