I ordered replacement lenses for glasses I just bought in October. Even though I was carefull, they scratched up to the point of disrupting my vision. The frames were still good and lendable still had my script and the frame was purchased. So I re ordered lenses. The online status bar never even started. I believe there was a delay in moving my order and it took much longer then it should of. I had to email and follow up on my own. Hopefully this time the coating on the lense will last more than 6 months
I made a mistake when I ordered assuming I was ordering both frames and lenses. I was incorrect and so I opted for a refund but Rihanna I was very helpful and suggested I pick a frame instead with no extra charge. Great customer service! Even after the mistake was mine. I thoroughly appreciated her patience with me and the time she took to help me figure it out.
The send in was great to get things going with my new stoggles, it did take a while to get them, but so worth the wait now that I have them and they work so well. I love that I have work glasses I can use while performing patient care and not have to worry about wearing the same glasses back at home.
I didn't receive my order for more than 20 days. And the status was showing ‘in lab' like forever.
There is no contact number for lensabl and customer service people didn't reply for more than 48 hrs. Plus I didn't like the quality of my glasses. In one of the eyes the glass is not adjusted to the frame properly and is looking very odd. Super bad experience!
I will start by saying that I am super picky about my eyeglasses. I wear high index, progressive lenses. Lensabl did an excellent job on my lenses - the optics are great, the edge polishing is phenomenol for those of us who wear high index lenses, and cosmetically they look like fashion mirror lenses. I am thrilled with the quality of the work and will surely order again. Thank you!

The lenses took a very long time to come back. After about 3 weeks, I checked the order and saw there had been an error in the QC process and they had to go back again. I can respect that level of detail - but I wasn't notified until i reached out. There were no text or email updates on receipt of glasses, start of new lenses, that a flaw had been detected, or that they had been shipped back. I had really wished for even basic communication, but it didn't happen.
The quality of the product is excellent. The price is excellent. I like the concept of recycling.

I still haven't received my glasses or contacts yet, both seem to have been issues that I did due diligence to prevent, My contact prescription was shipped without calling to verify my scrip as noted. Now when I pick up the contacts at the post I'll have to send them back before getting my new ones. The glasses were just canceled and refunded even though I asked to change the order... very smooth.
I was happy to see that there was something out there at such a low cost. You service on doing my lenses was very slow and it took 1 month or more to get here. I sent several emails in regards to this and did get reply's. I feel it should have not took so long to get my glasses when I mailed them the same time as my co workers and they received there's 1 to 1 1/2 weeks after you received them. I was a little disappointment my took so long. The website new updated my glasses on what you were doing with them. Other wise I love my glasses
From filling out the forms online to shipping of my frames to receiving the new lens in my frames, the process was easy and very quick
I made the mistake of sending my Cartier frames to Lensabl. I checked right after the tracking site showed a delivered status and reached out to them. Got a response 3 days later that the frames were LOST. After multiple emails and threatening legal action they were magically found. I kept checking on the status of the order and got an email today that they BROKE the frames while adding lenses. Never in 30 years of wearing glasses have I had a company break frames. I will be pursuing legal action if my frames are not replaced but please avoid this company at all costs.
I found an old pair of RayBan sunglasses w/out of date Rx. Frames were in great shape. I sent the frames and current progressive Rx to Lensabl.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
