Price are great with the promised rebate, but they are obviously counting on you not getting it. First you have to "remember" to wait 14 days after shipping to print the rebate form. Then if you do you have to mail in the physical proof of purchase barcodes from the end of the box. Of course you received your contacts 10 days earlier and already threw away the outer box the contacts came in, but that is were the proof of purchase is... sorry you can't have your rebate you don' t meet the required conditions. Bottom line compare prices without the rebate to make your decision, then if you do manage to jump through all the hoops that's a bonus... but don't count on it.
Everything was fine, not great but usually isn't with any online site. Search function worked great. Only real problem I had, that might keep me from coming back, unless badly needing them, like this time, is the fact you couldn't use insurance period... If I was going to order multiple boxes, I'd like to use my insurance benefits that I pay for.

Your waiting time to reach a rep is inaccurate. You say leave your number and rep will contact you within 25 min well it was more like an hour and a half and that urned out to be when I was on another call. So I had to call you back and wait again. When I did place my order and got me email confirmation it was wrong so there I go through the same process again. Needless to say not the greatest experience.

My contacts were a competitive price, if you take into account the rebate, and arrived relatively quickly, but the rebate process is cumbersome and broken. First, they only processed the rebate for contacts for one eye and not the other even though they were sent in the same envelope. Customer service was very helpful and got the second rebate process started without too much hassle. However, I am now four months out and have yet to see either rebate. I was not going to write a negative review because the rebate website is easy to use, tells you where your rebate is in the process and indicates that they are experiencing delays. I decided to write this review when I got a marketing email today trying to get me to reorder contacts with much hype about the rebates! Stop advertising rebates when you can't process the ones you already have in the system.

A big part of Lens.com's sales/marketing pitch is their rebates and a $160 rebate is substantial. I completed the appropriate form and mailed in my UPC codes. It's been almost six months and no $160 Visa card rebate. I looked up my rebate status on their website & it's been processed all the way up to the "mailed out" step. Delays are sited due to supply chain issues. Really? Is there actually a shortage of plastic credit cards or is this just an excuse?

1 Originally tried to reorder previous order (May 2022) but it defaulted to last reorder (Aug 2022) so I had to re-enter all details.
2 Original FedEx delivery date was Mar 26 and for next few days no updates provided and unable to talk to FedEx customer service (only bots) and eventually arrived on afternoon of Mar 29
I was in the process of calling you to ask why the charge on my credit card was about $16 more than what I saw on my screen during the ordering process. When I opened up my account and clicked on the order #, I then saw the charges for taxes and handling.
These charges should also show up on the screen during the ordering process. I did not see them when I placed my order.
Why have a mail in rebate when you can directly apply it online.
Its been months and i havent recieved my rebate yet.
I ordered contacts from here soly based on getting $35 gift card because i had been laid off and needed contacts but relied on getting the gift card...i did not see that it would take freaking 3 months!... that is way too long... they need to come up with something easier and faster
Since I called to straighten out my account, there were FAR too many emails saying that I did not do the right thing and more info was needed. Very time consuming, since I had already TALKED to a PERSON and we had cleared it all up before the order was even placed.

For the shipping and processing fees assessed, it shouldn't take a week to get your order. And on top of that, the package was ultimately delivered by USPS which seems to think packages can be crammed into your mailbox or left in the mail room. For those fees I want the package left at my front door. USPS should be the last option.
Purchased contact lenses in Feb 2022. Lens.com offered best prices because of a discount provided by a rebate. Lenses arrived within 10 days. Quality lenses, as advertised. But the Rebate took almost 9 months. I actually forgot about it. And, I wonder if they use that as part of their business strategy.
If you really need the rebate in the time that they advertise, I would not go with this company. If the rebate doesn't matter, then they are just as good as a handful of online companies offering good lenses.

Good service and fast delivery. I don't like that there is an additional $20 fee for each box. If you are going to charge that for every single box, please just raise the price per box. I would rather know up front that it will be more rather than placing the order and seeing an additional fee.
I felt that you provided false advertising when it comes to the price of lenses per box. If I had known that I have to do this and that for a REBATE, I would have ordered someplace else. If you're giving a discount, just give it upfront. Rebates are not worth it for me. I have a very busy life already.
Will be looking for another place to shop, for what you charged I can get anywhere
It is now JULY and I'm still waiting to receive the rebate I sent in last DECEMBER! Now, to make matters worse, you can no longer submit them digitally online... you need to print a form, cut out barcodes, and mail it in... I'm DONE with lens.com

Cheap price equals almost non-existent customer service. I spent over four hours on the phone, on hold, trying to correct one order.
If you want a cheap price, use this company.
If you want a pleasant customer service experience, pay more, and shop somewhere else.

I don't like that you have a service charge that is not shown or communicated until I go to check out and then the price is higher than what is in the original price quote. This is a very bad practice and I will be buying my contacts elsewhere in the future.
The representative did nothing to explain why the service charge is not explained or made clear on the website and did nothing to make up for this unethical practice.
Ordering was easy although your rebate program on the site is a little misleading. Shipping was fast. Generally overall good service.
