Still waiting have not received order. I have never had a problem with delivery. I'm hoping lens.com will make good on this. As I paid alot of money and had them sent to other address because I was on vacation and never received order

I think overall it went good. I did have to re-read the rebate process with its three dates: 1) wait 14 days after order has been shipped. 2) Document date 3) Ship date 4) Must be received within 8 weeks of ship date 5) Unclear when rebate arrives to consumer.
But the product is quite good. Although I have concerns about the temperature range the contacts go through with -20o in winter and 90+ in the summer.

Every time I order and try to get a rebate - they never complete it and I have to remember to call and ask about it. Takes months to get it. Very frustrating.
***UPDATE the aren't honoring the rebate because they never received the form. It was mailed out but will not allow me to resubmit another. I will never use this company again and do not recommend anyone else too. The rebate program is a scam.

Good, expect for the fact that i'm having to go above and beyond what i wanted to write for a review. Now that i think of it, the rebate process has really become a hassle.
