Lens. Com would exchange a box of contacts I had purchased 6 months ago. I know that they will exchange within 30 days. The problem is that the contacts I purchased 6 months ago I just opened and they were +3.00.
The box was marked +1.25. That is not my fault they put the wrong power lens in the box. Customer service said they could not do anything. I guess I just got a big hard one broke off in me. It hurts a lot.

They say it's 8-10 weeks, but I've been waiting just shy of 5 months. They claim its because of covid, but I got a VISA from my bank in 2 weeks. I suspect they're having trouble funding the cards made by their processor. Product & service was okay, but they got my business based on total price including the rebate. They could just mail me a check!

I was in the process of calling you to ask why the charge on my credit card was about $16 more than what I saw on my screen during the ordering process. When I opened up my account and clicked on the order #, I then saw the charges for taxes and handling.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
