In short, I had an order with "seobooster" on Legiit about google map citations.
1. no responsibility. I asked him to remove this low quality GSA backlinks and Google citation. Since he input the wrong latitude/longitude, causing incorrect address, leading to NAP inconsistency and ranking drops drastically. He said I have to fix it by myself or I have to pay more to get it removed or have to wait until he is free. But I don't have a username and password for the account.
It's like going to the restaurant and ordering some food, chef made the wrong order. He tells you that you have 3 options:
- make a new one on your own
- just wait until the chef is free
- pay extra to get the right order
What a horrible experience! 2. He claimed that his backlinks are good quality. I showed him proof that spam score is very high. Then, he mentioned spam score is not relevant to quality of backlinks, but in his report, he shows spam score on guest post. All of his web 2.0 backlinks are GSA.
3. I showed him LocalFalcon ranking before and after his service. He said because of on-page SEO and a lot of factors influenced local rankings. Which I showed him proof, which shows exactly same location, same keyword and same radius. I also showed him on-page seo performance. He has an endless excuses but himself.
4. He keeps mentioning his reviews which I do believe a lot of people did not have a chance to edit their reviews after submitting reviews. Right? 5. He claimed that he's a local seo expert which have more than 10,000 orders but doesn't know how to get latitude/longitude from GMB url. Searching an address on Google map instead, then input the wrong latitude/longitude for my client's citation.
Please read our conversations and all of his excuses. Judge everything by yourself. Hope my review helps you staying away from this scammer. For Legiit admins, they didn't resolve the issue properly. They let the scammer blackmailing me over a week (I have to pay to get everything removed). Dare not to force the scammer to do the right things. Besides, admins standby the scammer. I gave them very detailed information. They did not even read what was going on. They believe in scammer lies. So, if you are the real buyer, please stay away from this scamming platform. They support scammers and they will not help you for sure. Here's the proof:
