Took me 4 or 5 times to finally find the blank pdf form I could download and print without having to fill in 1st and jump through all those hoops. Be like a buzzed party girl and give it up already!

I signed up for a trial back in Aug... forgot I signed up, and had no form of communication for the last week due to Irma. Called today to seek a refund, even though its now Sept, and Danny U. I was surprised when I saw a charge on my account because I was positive I had canceled this, so I made a call to the customer service where I spoke with Benjamin he was so helpful. He was able to take what could have been a negative experience and turn it into a positive one, he refunded my money even though it was outside their normal policy. My name is Teresa Parker. As I was cancelling my trial period, I saw where I was being billed within the same hour. I called, spoke to a very kind and understanding young man, Douglas who helped me tremendously, gave me a confirmation number and reassured me that I could get a refund. As I explained to Douglas, I am 100% disabled and live on less than $500.00 a month and can in no way afford this service. It is a very good service and I will recommend it to family and friends. Lisa E. Took my call and was very pleasant and helpful. I do not use legal templates though I had the occasion to do so several months ago. The forms are easy to use and easy to modify. I just dont need them. I had sent an email trying to cancel this in Dec. She refunded me Dec. And Jan. Monthly charges and was super pleasant along the way.

Although I was looking for something a bit different. The site was easy to get through. There a lot of different products if you need. The trial period although short was just long enough to see all that was offered. There is so many different items to use.
Customer support on getting my subscription cancelled was VERY GOOD! Thank you.

Easy to use templates, super accessible with many options to choose from. The monthly fee is a little spendy though.

Since I wasn't the person who initiated a template trial/purchase, i can't speak on the product. Although the person who did use the product said it was, indeed, effective enough to get by although there were a few grammatical errors in it (not my words).\

The Legal Templates Service is great. It was my first time designing a contract and Legal Templates took away the headache of having to research the exact legal jargon needed for my state. There were several formats to choose from, thus making it easy to incorporate any of my own specifications to the agreement. However, when I initially called to cancel the service, the customer service agent was not exactly accommodating. He was a bit combative and the experience made me not want to use the service ever again. But, the Senior Customer Service Agent John reaches out to me after I sent an email to detail my experience and he moved on the matter, quickly refunding my money. Despite the small hiccup I experienced, it is still a great site to use for your basic contract needs. If I ever have to enter into an agreement with someone and need to establish a contract I will most definitely use the site again.

This service was great. I liked how easy it was to create the document I needed. However, it was a little difficult to get in contact them to cancel my subscription initially but when I did they were very quick in getting it done. Douglas responded to me quickly and issued a refund with no problem. I would use the service again.

Although I do not agree with not answering phone calls as I work in the call center industry, I must admit that John's gutsy use of humor did make me chuckle. I will also state that John called me directly on the following business day as I requested and emailed me this morning with the just outcome. I think this could have all been avoided with a system generated email reminder of an upcoming charge. I don't like to let "Cybil" out but will when I feel it's necessary. There John show that to the ladies. LOL! I do think 10 to 20 is a bit much but I understand workloads and I am sure those poor women have more than their fair share. I did appreciate the document, it did come in handy and was very easy to create I might add
