This is great for those wanting a basic bare-bones trust template. This will certainly do. However, for those seeking complex, layered trusts requiring more detailed instructions, may need to look elsewhere or have an estate planner and attorney customize one. I love the simplicity and plain language of this one. Highly recommended..
I needed an official Warranty Deed to sell land to my sister. She had cash and we didn't need all the costly Appraisal, real estate agent or closing agents. We just needed a legal Deed that we could get notarized. Rocket Lawyer provided it for free with a free trail that could be cancelled at no charge. They kept their end of the bargain and made the document needed available with an easy to use interface. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

As a pet sitter, I quickly am learning that clients will treat me better if there's a clear, concise, simple agreement in front of them. This site has a good amount of very simple templates that will work in a multitude of instances! Now, I actually WANT to dig in further, so I can consider how a light piece of paper or two can protect us all (both parties, really)!

I actually applied through another Deed Poll office, who quoted me a timescale of 6 months until completion, and by accident I called the wrong number to chase up my application, thank goodness I did as I was made aware that I could get my name changed in less than a week & for less than half the cost, and pay online, rather than send a cheque, so cheque cancelled & Deed Poll Documents received.
