Sorry to make you unhappy for the shipping. We will actively improve our shipping service. We hold multiple warehouses across the globe including the USA, Europe & Hong Kong. Domestic orders are always shipped from our SoCal, USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on quality control or stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from a different warehouse.
So just an update concerning the review I wrote for Led Factory Mart, they came thru and issued me a refund after finding they did not have the fog lights with the connector I needed in stock.

I purchased headlights and fog lights for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler, the head light installation was easy enough and plugged right in. When I tried to install the fog lights I found that a different connector was needed. Which are suppose to be plug in play also. I contracted the Company and have been emailing David M for a week now and have gotten no where. Calling the Customer Support line does no good. The lady that answered the phone hung up on me 3 times. Want to return my order but can't get an answer as to where to ship it. Beware of this Company because they have no Support for issues.
The flag decals were crap! Ordered 2 sets and had to throw them away because they wouldn't apply smooth.
Well packaged, got it on time, have not yet installed the lights on my truck. I believe it will be fine thank you for your busines!
No install instructions and could not find a video to review without being directed to some other website.

Fast & easy ordering but shipping is another story. It took forever to get the product to me. You need to improve on this.
Its actually pretty smooth, didnt have what I first ordered, but the option given to me in my opinion was even better, the tail lights look great!
