Shipment delayed, product quality questionable. Size very small. Not worth the price.

The sizing chart is off. According to the chart a 4 XL should have done the trick, but this jacket was too small across my abdomen and no arm movement from the back.

Sizing is off. Ordering small sizes from most companies is normally too big for me, but I ordered a size up (small instead of extra small), and it is actually too small. Gotta figure out how to exchange sizes. First medium I'll have ever ordered.

Not sure the size will be right, ordered 1/2 size smaller per reviews

It's very lightweight and seems flimsy for any kind or grade of leather. I had high hopes my husband wanted to buy a motorcycle riding her but very doubtful that we will was expecting it to beat the very least a jacket you could wear in the 40s or 50s but it would have to be in the 60s close to 70° for it to do any good it's basically only fit for Looks

I could not understand the sizing chart. Also received a discount code in email. When I applied it to the order, it said it was not valid then it applied a $14.12 discount to the order. How confusing is that?

Bought boots for wife and I. My wife's boots were too tight. Tried to send them back for a refund but no one will answer the phone, email, tic tok, facebook or instagram.

Update, they finally got back to me and I returned the boots and they gave me a full refund. Looks like customer service is just slow to respond.

It was fine. They offered the vest I was looking for at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the service.

The boots I ordered were too small. I ordered the same size as last time 5 years ago. They charged me to ship them back. Got the larger size and they fit well but like all of these boots that I've ordered and this is the third pair they turn your legs black for about a year so wear black socks.

Fast and well packaged. Great quality of leather. Loose fit in heals and tad tight front left and right sides.

Just wish you had a larger variety of styles in wide sizes for women.
I'm a petite woman, with small, wide feet. It is very difficult to find footwear that fits my 5 1/2 W foot. I really wanted these boots with the pink hardware but I knew they would be too narrow. As it is, the 6 wide fits the width of my foot, just. I will have to stuff the toe with cotton because they are a bit too long and thick socks will not fit. Unfortunately, the ankle and calf in this boot is too big and is loose and bulky looking even when laced as tight as possible. Did I mention I'm petite?
I will be keeping them because I don't think I will find anything that will fit me better, and they are better quality then my previous riding boots. But I'm disappointed in the lack of variety and the assumption that wide feet must mean wide ankles and calves as well.

Not t particularly easy and the description not the best

Good prices, but immediately after placing my order, I wanted to cancel. I was told it was already too late to cancel and would need to ship it back. That's fine, but it'll cost me $10 to return it when I should have been able to cancel from the get go. The XL size was too tight to fit comfortably and that's why I tried to cancel. I selected the wrong size by mistake and it cost me $10.

Unfortunately the fly zipper broke after wearing just a few times. The entire metal zipper apparatus came off. In trying to repair it, it totally fell apart. I tried calling customer service but it was more than 30 days (not much) and they didn't want to stand behind it. Very disappointing.

I like the pants a lot - but I can't rate them better with the lack of quality in the zipper.

Leather is rugged (and not uniformly so, Some Panels are smoother than others, other panels are softer than the rest, etc. But nothing one would be surprised, considering the price.

The zipper, however, seems to be cheap. Mine broke after wearing the jacket less than 10 times. Most likely because I am fat and put a bit of a strain into it. The part that broke: The bottom pin that slides into fastening.

Purchased this helmet because I thought it would help with my contact lenses. Does not help at all, rather it seems to channel the wind more directly onto my eyes. I love the way it looks tho, and the leather wrap is nice. Not a fan of the bright red Plastic snap for the chin strap either. Visor pops down easily when moving or stationary. Will wear it for now, until I find something better for my eyes.
