Ordered from you guys before, customer service was great product was exactly what I ordered. Happy to order again
After receiving my order,I was shocked at how low the quality was. The materials feel cheap and the construction is poor. Shocked again, I discovered the return process is worse than the product quality! I spent 44.50 and after returning the item, I have 13.50. I see that the company is not trying to give you a quality item, they are simply planning to keep 75% of the money on every return. Disgusting business practice. Enjoy your "leather" items, but don't get too close to a fireplace or oven, that cheap plastic leather is flammable...
Shipping is a rip off. Cost almost as much to ship as the item. Actual cost to mail could not be more than 15$
It does not fit my arms and wrists are tight. No measurements on chart for that. Trying without success to execute an exchange. No luck online and no answers on chat. Their home page states no pain returns and exchanges. Until its fixed dont waste your money.
no answer so there was no solution provided. 0 stars. no value in a great product i cannot wear!
Referral from facebook group. Also have ordered from them in the past through third parties. No problems there.
Very easy to order with return policy stated.

I had to return this jacket twice do to sizing, causing me to spend $20.00 more in return fees. Then I had to sped another 10.00 to have it shipped back to me..
Love the quality.
Brought a jacket for my son few years back and it still holds up.
Great. I found the jacket that I have been looking for, and the right color.
Brought a motorcycle jacket for my son 4 years ago and is the best jacket I ever Brought him.
Great quality.

The ordering system was difficult I had to delete an added thing twice just to order
Yes! The site added it to my order

This "Armored Jacket is about as "Armored" as a padded bra. I thought it was going to be actually what it said.
I have bought from LeatherUp long ago and got a good deal then
I thought it would be an actual Armored Mesh Jacket but it wasn't.
I purchased these for riding, but there is a bad issue with how they are designed as they do not fit my head. They are only able to open to a point, and after that, they pinch the temples and sit away from my nose and areas around the eyes. They don't cost enough to send back (less than the shipping, almost), so I guess I am stuck with them unless something else in that order is problematic. These are fine for kids, but for adults of normal 6 foot proportions, I am a little reluctant to recommend them.
The Storm Creek soft shell jacket is a very nice light weight jacket or should be pretty good as a liner for extra warmth under another coat. The jacket is casually sharp looking and seems to be somewhat wind/rain resistant. I regularly wear size L in coats and shirts and this does not fit like a large. I'll either wear it unzipped or give it to my brother in law who wears a medium. The jacket is well worth buying however I recommend going a size up.
Great solid made, thick, quality. Chart size is small to actual size needed. Got a M considering the dimentions were even large compared to real size (waist is 42 for example) but vest fit to exact - snug. Borderline to pop open and with concealed pocket not good for that. Going to order a L which should fix that. *fingers crossed. Just going to keep the M and maybe a family or friend can wear it. (hate shipping back products)
Flimsy as h*ll, but when you spend $30 on what's really 3 pair of glasses, you can't expect much. Item is exactly as described though. They sit really high on my face, I'd rather they fully cover the lower part of my eye area vs riding high above my eyebrows, but that's a personal fit issue, not the fault of these glasses. Overall, a nice inexpensive option to get some interchangeable lense glasses.
Always buy a size bigger than you wear. The vest I got must have been a return, I noticed a cut on the front that looked like the package was opened with a knife. No big deal for the money I will treat it worse. The leather on the side pockets is much thinner and the snap pulled through. I bought it for the inside gun pocket. Priced right. Saddle soaped the thing, put it in a laundry bag with tennis balls, threw it in the dryer on fluff air for a couple hours, it's ready to wear.
These boots are pretty great. When I first wore them the seam around the top was ruff and cut my shins in 4 places. I rubbed off the crusty stuff with my fingers and a rag, then treated the edge with mink oil. It did the trick and now no more ruff edges. Also, the size I ordered was 8.5 wide. They came 8.5 eee! That's like VERY WIDE. Additional insoles helped rectify that; however, they are still tight in the toe area. I do like the boots and they are very warm for winter rides.
Made for big belly people. Got the M size (I'm 6' for 175 lbs) and it's pretty loose on the lower half.
Seems fairly durable, VERY breathable, pads on the elbows are completely useless since they move around your arm even if you tight the straps all the way.
I guess it's better than wearing a simple sweater, and for $80... what can you expect.
I ordered this extension to go with a Kuryakyn floorboard kit. The construction and quality are up to Kuryakyn's standards but it doesn't fit my kickstand. The shaft of the kickstand is too small and tapers slightly so the extender slips and loosens. I will keep the extension since it's well made and I need one anyway. I'll weld quarter-inch steel bolt shafts to each side of the kickstand and that should solve the fitment problem. This is the first fitment problem I've had with Kuryakyn. Just be aware of this issue before you order.
The fit is terrible. The rubber spacers provided were cheap an not effective for holding it in place on my touring king rack. They make these in two different sizes, but yours obviously only come in the larger size. I was thinking of buying the MIA one as well, but not from this site if this is what you get.
Jacket is very nice, it took me 3 tries to get one that fit 2 X was way to tight in the bust, 4 X was huge all over so I switched to this style jacket from the regular biker style, and went with a 3 X. Fits in the bust, body is big but I added a couple of snaps in the belt and it work great. Nice looking on and will be warm this fall. Very happy now I got one that works. The bust measurements in both styles runs tight. Thanks for a nice Jacket :)
I bought these boots because I really liked the style and tread on them. They are great looking and all my friends think they are the bomb. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they are HUGE in the toe area. I even tried putting on two thick pairs of socks but it would not help. I'm sad that I have to return them because they are so awesome. If you order them, you might go down a size - they run kind of big.
Of all the items I've bought from Leather Up, this was the only one I wasn't completely satisfied with, and it was probably my fault. I'm 6'3 and a biscuit over 220 lbs. I wear a 36x38 shrink to fit 501's, and the 32" inseam was just too short, they looked like Capri pants and I just can't pull off that look. I have a riding buddy that they will fit so he gets em. If they ever get them in a longer length I'm down for a pair. The stretch knees and groin are an awesome feature.
The color was perfect and I loved the jacket but as mentioned they run SUPER small! I usually wear a Large in misses clothes and thought an XL would be big enough to wear over my heated gear. NOT!! Had to return for a 2XL and it is still too small! My measurements don't match the sizing chart at all! They don't carry a 3XL or I would return it for one that fit! So sad!! Loved the way it looked and felt!
Just bought a pair for me and my wife. Hers fit good. Mine were way too small in the thighs. Couldn't get the back zipper zipped and I'm of normal build, 5'11'', 196#. Would certainly not consider my thighs large. The waist fit fine on the 3rd loop. Had to ship back at my cost which is a bummer because that just eliminated the nice price and savings. Order carefully.
This product is a great concept -- very functional and extremely interchangeable to suit riding conditions. Personally, the foams don't fit my face close enough, therefore I experience some eye watering at high speeds. Overall though they are engineered pretty well.
The shirt was great quality, nice and heavy but light for spring riding in Arizona, however, the sleeves run short and so it did not fit my husband. the sleeve came up to the middle of his lower arm when he had his arms on the handlebars of his bike. So if your man's arms are longer, the sleeves wont be long enough. However with that said, I give it to my son and it did fit his arm but he is much shorter then my husband, probably by 3 inches so....... by son is 5'9" my husband almost 6ft
I have looking for something like this that wasn't outrageously priced. I really liked it! It blocked the wind well, and I could still breathe easily. It was also, easy on, easy off. One drawback, the 'nose panel' was really big, so it doesn't fit close to my face, so it didn't look as cool, but it worked for what I wanted it to...maybe a woman's size, don't know how possible that is.
I have been buying from leather up for years, but this time I had a fitting problem which sometimes happens.(sizes were so far off I was afraid to guess the size of the replacement. a little upset of return cost because all other items always were close fits. This jacket was to far off and the vest must have been a kids size. will always buy from them anyways. Harold B. from Texas
