The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Great glasses! Lightweight and comfortable. Foam works good to keep most of the wind out of your eyes, but breathes pretty good.
good pair of inexpensive riding glasses. lightweight, fit good and keep most of the wind out of my eyes when riding. overall a great buy.
This is my second pair, -somebody swiped the first one-, after owning them for about a year. It don't surprise me either, because these are great, comfortable glasses and well worth having. Some crook is walking around wearing my old ones, enjoying the awesomeness of them. I love my new pair just as much as the missing ones; and the lenses are really great too, without scratching, or damaging easily..
I was worried about these because of the price, but they are great. I thought that I was going to have to go to goggles to get this level of wind proofing, but these manage to do it. Great product.
I have been doing business with Leather Up for several years on a limited basis; I'm probably not their best customer, but have found their products to be of excellent quality and value. I have recommended them to friends, and will continue to do so.

Better than I Thought. Perfect fit and comfortable.
EXCELLENT purchase... I am extremelly happy with my clear sunglasses. Perfect for cloudy, morning or afternoon rides. Sometimes they fog when stopped, but as soon as you start riding they go fine. No problems at all when riding at 45-50 mph; no more dry/watery eyes.
Exactly what I needed and the price can't be beat!
So comfortable!!! I bought these for hubby and ended up ordering another pair for myself! Keep all the air out and only fog up a tiny bit when standing still on a warm day. Detachable strap..... well, haven't tried to detach it yet, but it looks a little tricky. I just leave it on. Great buy and a great price.
very comfortable, have yet to wear them on the bike-we'll see how they perform
Great pair of glasses! I wear them on both my bicycle and motorcycle and LOVE them. Fog minimally at a stand still sometimes, but defog easily and quickly with motion. Great price too!
Good inexpensive item. Comfortable and easy to wear. The strap helps too. Does tend to fog u pa bit when stopped but clears immediately when you move.
Very happy with this buy. No dry eyes. strap's a plus but not needed.
Love these glasses. Great for riding at night and a really great price!
I really like these. I found similair ones for twice the money and these work great. I have dry eyes and can't be without eyewear so I needed these for riding in the dusk. Love them!
I like. I have no problem with fogging. Just get dirty, but that is what Windex is for. Thinking of getting another pair with a different lens type.
A real value for the money.. occasssionally fog up when stopped at a traffic light but they clear up as soon as you get going again. The lens is clear and with the rubber trim on the inside they fit snuggly without being too tight. Stops apx 95% of wind. highly recommend. ( also bought a pair with the dark lenses whcih provide nice , clear visability even when it starts getting dark out.. ( wish they had an amber or yellow lens ; would get one of those too!!)
I have not taken a ride with these yet so they have not been road tested. Unfortunately the fit is a bit tight for my face. Frame is lightweight plastic and flexible. Foam padding does not provide a perfect seal on the face with some spacing around the nose and outer eye area. Overall a functional 'get what you pay for' set of sunglasses. I suspect these will work fine for short rides around town.
a must have for every rider! buy these! the price is great and the removable strap is genius! fits comfy under any helmet CANNOT GO WRONG FOR $8.95
I just got these glasses in time for my 2000 mi trip and I love then the strap is not needed, but nice to have. I like to see these glasses in yellow, but I guess i will have to wait. These glasses fit nice on my face and not alot of wind gets through. confortable to have on.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
