I ordered a denim jacket. After 3 washes it was falling apart. They used the cheapest thin denim and stitched with weak lose thread. I attempted to have them remake the order and they wanted to double charge me. Terrible customer service. I tried again to let them make this right,,, before leaving a poor review,and they did not even respond. This is cheap Chinese made junk,,,,DO NOT JUDGE BY THE PICTURES THEY OFFER...FALSE IMAGE of what you really get.

The size was larger than anticipated. I had to pay restocking fee and for shipping (additional $30.00). In trying to request for detailed information on my exchange no one could communicate proficiently in English. All my correspondence was one person who never could answer a question.

I purposely purchased coat for an upcoming vacation, but it looks like it won't arrive. I order another one because the customer service rep never explained with clarity the process. Then, I cancelled it too because I was tired of dealing with them, even in the 3 days they charged me $25.00 for cancellation.

BEWARE, they are terrible to work with. Pay the extra money and go to a reputable company, I learned the hard way and have been charged so much for their extra fees. UPS was shocked I had to pay for the return too.

Don't buy from this company! They are scammers! They send photos to try and justify their products!

I ordered a leather jacket about a year ago roughly the same time and it has help up pretty well over time. I wanted a costume piece but I also wanted it to be an authentic piece of clothing that could be worn casually and what I received was great. It was a medium - high quality leather (from what my limited experience can determine) and has not deteriorated, faded or worn out and has stood up to frequent use. If it weren't for some personal modifications, It would be indiscernible that it was used in my opinion. Would recommend and most likely will do business with in the future.

I had to pull the charge from my credit card after waiting more than one month from the time I received the order and still not receiving the product.

I asked repeatedly for a tracking number. They could not provide one. The site garunteed my order would arrive by the end of the New Year. It did not.

On January 2nd I contacted them, and they said it would arrive on the 14th. No tracking number provided.

On the 17th I contacted them again to ask where this jacket was, and they simply told me "You cannot chancel an order after 3 days".

So now I am without a jacket, tracking number, and my money, I had to pull the charge from my credit card.

This website is filled with knockoffs and non-original items! Save your money and time from this scam website, even the customer service won't help you.

Ordered a made to measure Jacket and pant for motorbike. Paid via Papal. Jacket arrived with pants. Provided exact measurements, but around neck Jacket had 40 cm and my neck is 47 cm so I cant´t close the jacket. They said it is their fault but din´t want to change the jacket without cost for me. So I involved Papal. But Papal said we don't decide anything because on made to measure clothes there is nothing, Papal would do. After that, there is no more reaction from leatherjacketmaster.com

So don´t buy there. Before I involved papal, they only said, that I can get a discount if I by again. WTF

I needed a jacket for myself. This time I decided to give a try to an online store a instead of a high street shop. I am fond of window shopping, thus I looked into many websites to fulfill this thirst. After lot of research and price comparisons about leather jacket for women, I gave my credit to Leather Jacket Master. Placing order with them was really easy, within few clicks I managed to buy my desired jacket easily. Easy navigation of LJM made me feel like a salesman is roaming around me. I would definitely recommend to others as well.

I ordered a jacket for my Wife's B-Day and was promised delivery in time for her B-Day. The Jacket did not make it by the required dats and was about 3 days late. The jacket appeared to be nicely made and the fit was correct and my wife liked the jacket. HOWEVER: it began over the next few weeks to take on an oder that became very bad after a month or so such that it smelled like a dead animal. When I complained about it to LJM they told me there was nothing they would do as it must have been my fault. It was not my or my Wife's fault it was in a closet with a number of other fine quality goods including other nice smelling ackets. But it took on a horrible smell which required we get rid of it as my wife, of Asian origin, could not stomach the smell after about 5-6 weeks. After they failed to do anything and would not accept the return of the jacket I threw it away as GoodWill would not accept it either! Tom Claridge *******@yahoo.com
